Terrible customer service from the multiple times that I have gone there, unfortunately it’s around the corner from my place. The Asian girls behind the counter tend to just stare you down until you leave. They are completely uninterested in any of your questions, and have a bad attitude for even asking prices on items that are not marked. I love carvel ice cream but this location is terrible, go somewhere else.

Love Carvel Ice Cream!!! This is the closest location to our home and is basicallly nice and clean. Staff is friendly and they carry everything from the delicious crunchies cake to the low fat flying saucers!!!

This place is essentially a hole in the wall location-​wise, one man operation that clearly is a rip off in terms of price. I ordered a medium cup of soft serve with one topping and with tax it totaled $ 5.34 — Are you fucking serious? Who buys this crap at THIS price in today’s broken hyper-​inflated economy. Apparently I did, by mistake!
The place has absolutely no accommodation in terms of seating. There is maybe 3 stools, just enough to fit a small nuclear carbon conscious family or maybe two obese denizens who should not be dining here but rather watching Fast Food Nation ad nauseam!
Customer service sucks. It does not even remotely exist. I got glazed zombified looks from the pimple face Asian girl, who seem genuinely disinterested in taking my order. No misunderstanding — it is usually a universal sign when you have your back turned 180 degrees from the counter and customer, and then say nothing or offer any apology for the lack of attention span apparent in today’s service sector workforce.
Skip this joint. Better head west to Parsons Blvd and then south until you hit Dunkin Donuts. They have the BOGO (Buy One Get One) Free Sundaes for ANY size, three days a week starting Monday. In addition, they have far more options then eating liquified overpriced …“The Stuff” (see Horror movie of the same title (Circa 1985 directed by Larry Cohen)

Oh Carvel, you have played such an important part in my life and will continue to do so!
When I was a little girl the largest sheet cake used to be 20 smackers… Today, be happy with 39 big ones!
Clean, wholesome and nice, this Carvel is close by me and that’s all I really need.
