All I can say is I regret not knowing about this hidden little place in my neighborhood sooner! Living in the neighborhood for 15 years and only heard about it once I moved… I have tried many different types of lasers and photolight treatments for certain areas of my body and nothing gave me the results like Arpi’s spa machine did… never have I been satisfied with results like this and I have been doing treatments since I was in high school! What I absolutely love about this place is that they do not lie!!! They are honest, not out to get your money and explain exactly how each treatment needs to be maintained in order for it to work… I would recommend this place 105% for laser treatments… once I am done with my package I plan on adding the rest of body. Definitely the place to go if you are looking for a laser hair removal treatment that actually works!

This is not a full spa. Its a small local place that provides several beauty services. Parking is not so great on Union Turnpike because many people frequent the stores there and when you do find a spot you have to pay for the meter unless you park down the street near the residential areas.
I got a facial done here and there was no wait. The technician explained everything as she was doing it and provided some skin care tips and asked me about my skincare regimen. She made some suggestions but did not notice on my application I was allergic to sulfur so I let her know. I am glad she didn’t use it on my skin before consulting me about it. That could have ended badly. I did leave with some red spots on my face because my face is a bit sensitive but I was expecting that. After my face had some time to relax the redness went away and looked very vibrant. The whole process from start to finish took about an hour.

This is my first Brazilian wax so I don’t have much experience but I will never go to a different place again unless this technician leaves. She is just so amazing! She was patient and kind. Throughout the whole wax she explained the process and what she will do next. She talked me through the whole thing. She took the time to answer all my questions like how long before the next one. She’s been doing this for a very long time so she knows what she is doing. She does it very quick as she’s talking and when she applies pressure after the strip is removed it helped a lot. I had the sensitive wax which is $ 10 more than normal wax but I think it’s so worth it. She really is amazing. I would book the appointments early because they get busy and she is only there twice a week. I couldn’t ask for a better first experience. My total came out to about $ 55 – 60 for a full complete bare Brazilian or Hollywood wax as some may call it. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a Brazilian wax! Just look for the woman who does sensitive wax. (Her name starts with an M)

I came here because I was referred by a friend for the laser treatment. I got the Brazilian and underarm package deal for $ 750. During your consult you get a test session to see how you react. I went for all treatments plus a 1 year follow up and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I would say 96% of the hair is gone and you can’t beat the price. I’m not gonna lie some treatments hurt a lot more than others but still well worth it. Be careful when you’re laying out and having some summer fun because if you’re too tanned you waste a session.

I really love this place! It doesn’t get better when it comes to beauty needs. They have laser hair removal, waxing, electrolysis, facials, massages, skin care products, and even jewelry! I’ve been coming here for quite some time now. This is just such a great place! Very friendly staff, always willing to work around my schedule and fit me in where possible. It is a small business, so they know all their clients and are able to keep track of their progress. They are also very knowledgeable and honest. They always make me feel very comfortable and answer all my questions truthfully. They don’t try to tell you something just to sell a product or get more money out of you. If something is not right for you, they will tell you. I always leave here extremely satisfied and pleased with my results. I started with just laser on my underarms, but I loved it so much I practically get my whole body done! The place is very clean and welcoming, and the staff really knows what they are doing. I have showed the results to many friends and they are always in shock (…and jealous that I don’t have to shave anymore). And it’s not just for women– my brother has even started coming here too. I also got my mom hooked, as well as many friends. Everyone who comes here loves it! This is a really great spot for all your beauty needs and I would recommend anyone to go!

PRICING/​DEALS — Check their site often to see when they have deals. I got the $ 750 laser hair removal package for underarms and brazilian/​bikini. This included 6 treatments and one-​year follow up (approximately 14+ treatments). This is a great deal for someone who knows what they are doing.
INITIAL VISIT-​The free consultation is really a «test» session. They test you for any allergic reactions and give you reading material about the treatment. There is some pressure to book right away, and there is an incentive to pay cash (as opposed to credit card).
VENUE-​This is not a fancy spa. It’s a local beauty salon that provides laser hair removal as one of their services. It is on a busy road so look for residential parking on the side streets.
TREATMENT-​They don’t promise 100% hair removal but rather approx. 80% hair reduction. I had to use the sensitive skin machine, which is supposedly not as efficient. However, you are less likely to scar/​blister with this machine. The treatment for both areas is less than 10 minutes in total. The feeling is like rubber bands snapping at your skin. Although it is painful at times, the treatment is fast and I am often out of there in 15 minutes.
RESULTS (so far)-I was able to see results after the first treatment. Your hair will either not grow back or grow back finer (and less visible). After each treatment, you will see will see less/​slower/​finer hair growth. It’s amazing!
TIPS-​You book your next appointment (approx. 5 weeks later) after your service, so be sure to bring your calendar/​appointment book with you.

Have been here in the past for massages those are excellent, the deep tissue I can attest to. This review is for the DEEP PORE FACIAL, precisely. Well it actually hurt. The extractions were a bit painful and I have had facials done at numerous places so it wasn’t me and in different states and countries. The girl was trying to convince me to do a micro-​dermabrasion and was pushy about it. I declined and she kept going with it. Also mid stream she took the machine for the micro-​dermabrasion out and sampled it for me on my hand still pushing it. Once again I declined. That was really ANNOYING! I wanted it to be a relaxing experience but it just wasn’t.My face is pretty clear normally with a few pores around t zone that have a few blackheads every now and then. So I have pretty damn good looking skin. I walked out of there with certain areas around my cheeks swollen and red and it hurt, not enjoyable at all. Don’t like to go to a spa that puts this type of pressure it takes away from the experience. Would not have a facial here ever again.

I randomly saw an ad while browsing a local discount magazine (Savvy?), never had thought about getting laser hair removal before but the prices were great. Saw some great reviews and solidified my decision to give it a try. The packages are the best, I’ve done a lot of research and price comparison and no one can beat theirs.
I’ve had a few treatments done already on my armpits. I never have to worry about shaving and so far, great results-​almost no hair left already!
Arpi is really great. She explains everything in detail during the initial consultation. She always asks to see if you had any reaction after a treatment before starting the next, and matches the strength of the laser to your needs and sensitivity. I can’t deny that it hurts, but it’s over very quickly (I’m in and out with a new appointment in less than 15 mins). Never had to wait more than a few minutes past my appointment time, they’re very good with their booking. Great place, I go out of my way come here, even though there are quite a few laser specialists in my area. Highly recommended.

I can’t believe no one has reviewed this spa before being so close to St. John’s!
This place is just great, very clean and calming, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I can’t recall the name of the woman that took care of me, but I let her know it was my first time and she did everything she could to make sure I didn’t want to run out screaming (well, I did kind of want to run out screaming, but the point is that I didn’t actually get up half way through). The whole procedure was done in probably less than 15 minutes, and I’ll definitely be going back.
All in all, a good experience for having your hair torn out with hot wax.
