Best Cortado of all time! This is some of the finest coffee my husband and I have ever sampled and we’ve lived all over the world. We were in the area for a weekend away and were so impressed on our initial visit that we made a special trip back into Frenchtown to enjoy Early Bird once more before departing. Their espresso blend is delicious – full flavored and satisfying. Some of the baked goods are really unique like the whole grain linzer tart(very good). Mattea, the barista is warm and hospitable and creates a welcoming atmosphere. She has exactly the right touch for a place like this. Please open an Early Bird in the Chestnut Hill area of Philadelphia!!!

Incredibly smooth coffee. I had the Cortado during my last visit. I wish I could make coffee like this at home. The woman working was very nice and helpful. She gave me the recommendation for the cortado. They also have some really cute products in the rear of the store. The common good hand soap smelled so good I had to buy some for home. On my next trip to frenchtown I can bring the bottle in for a refill at a lesser price. Love the concept! I also had a thumbprint cookie… yum! SUPPORTLOCALBUSINESSES! this is a great spot for a coffee or gifts! Love it!

Great coffee and awesome customer service! I love this place. They have counter culture coffee which I think they are one of the best roasters around. They need to open another location in Clinton NJ being that all the coffee tea places there are terrible. Keep up the great beans!

Taking some backroads from philly, and in the mood for real coffee, came upon this quiet superb coffee shop. Triple espresso with steamed skim, prepared flawlessly. What a nice find.

Carolyn and her staff are a marvel. Some of the best espresso I’ve yet had from here. I have been in many times and haven’t yet had anything that wasn’t really good.

Like a Martha Stewart’ fever dream. But thankfully without you know who. Feng shui in boat loads and a manager you’d want to hire to run your(fill in the blank) oh and try the cortado so you can show off your coffee chops to your less erudite friends

Smoothest Cappuccino ever! Love the organic and natural ingredients on the menus as well as the earth friendly gift items they have for sale in the back.

My girlfriend noticed this place as we drove by it on an early Sunday afternoon and we tried it out after our walk in the park. They offer cold brew which is excellent. They use Counter Culture beans like Factory Fuel in Flemington does, they are pretty good IMO. I thought the prices were reasonable($ 3.25) but I’m used to paying $ 4+ in NYC. It’s nice that Frenchtown and this area has a local café. There were other bakery places in town and Milford but none felt truly like cafés. They have only been open for about two months, per the person at the register, so I hope they endure but so far they’re off to a great start. They could use some more paintings or something on the walls as they are sparse but I’m sure that will come. They were nice to my girlfriend and I and even offered us day old chocolate croissants free! I’m mostly hoping they keep the good coffee coming. I look forward to trying more things here.

Although potentially a bit pricey, the atmosphere is worth it. They offer wifi which is. Huge bonus in my mind and the lady working while I was there was incredibly sweet. I got the cappuccino and of course they made an adorable design in it.

I loved this new addition to Frenchtown! It was SO needed — tried the iced coffee and the special pour over and both were excellent. Especially loved the vintage bottles used for milk and creamer — very nice and unique touch! Beautiful space — barista was very welcoming and warm — will be back!

Fresh, bold real coffee taste in this eclectic and spartan space make this a new gem for locals and tourists. If you ask, the owner will tell you that most people ask for the mocha but that the cappuccino is the real treat. I will be back.

Finally some awesome coffee popping up in Hunterdon! They serve counter culture coffee, a really rad roaster based out of Durham, NC. Counter Culture cold brew and espresso were both on point. They sell cute kitschy goods like a cast iron skillet and hand soap. Really nice staff and fast wifi. Overall awesome addition to frenchtown.
