I believe this is an India based company with an office in Fremont, CA. The people answering the phones are American with English as their first language. It is my belief that this company does NOT originate, write, or administer any training, but rather acts as a middle man to put you, the customer, in touch with various trainers and topics across the United States for a fee. This company appears to be very skilled with the use of a webcrawler to identify thousands, tens of thousands, and maybe even hundreds of thousands of email addresses. The word ‘training’ is absolutely one of their search terms. Once an email address is found, the owner of the email address will be sent numerous marketing email on a wide variety of topics.
TrainHR has an Unsubscribe button that is non-​functional. I would suggest that you call their 800# and ask for their manager, «Mr. Johnson» (originally from India stationed in Fremont, CA), to be removed from their distribution list. Mr Johnson speaks very good English, and is very respectful.
Finally, I believe the real name of the company is NET Zeaus which is not found on the marketing email. While this company claims to be using the name of NET Zeaus for the last six years, I suspect the name of TrainHR is subject to change.
