I have used Scott and HomeTeam Inspection for the last 3 homes I bought. Each time he was very attentive to the details, informed me of some minor issues that were inherent in homes and most importantly, he spent the time to explain what he did and what he saw. Scott has excellent skills in home inspection and I would recommend him, and have, to anyone looking to have a home inspected.

Although I didn’t deal with them much in person (my realtor handled that), when I did meet them briefly to get the gist of the inspection, they seemed very professional and thorough. They actually went out to the house earlier before I was scheduled to meet them there, and had the report done by the time I got there. Very efficient time use. They were willing and able to answer any questions I had and their report was sent out in a timely manor.
I would definitely call on them again.

I’m a realtor and I always advise my clients both Buyers and Sellers to get a home inspection prior to selling or purchasing a home so there won’t be any hidden surprises.
As a realtor, we understand time is of the essence and have to meet deadlines promptly. My go to home inspector was busy and I was referred to Home Team by my colleague. James was awesome! He was flexible by accommodating to my Buyer’s schedule. He was patient and explained in easy to understand verbiage anything that was not up to par with the property. James was also super quick, I received the home inspection report the following day.
The report is super thorough, easier to read than most I’ve reviewed, and they provide better quality pictures where I can easily locate what the report references to.
I am extremely satisfied with Home Team’s reliable service and will definitely be using their service more frequently.

Was skeptical initially because reviews were lacking, but tried several places and time was of the essence. Called and spoke to James. He was able to setup a home inspection next day.
He arrived early, was professional, and he gave great advice on to some general questions I had. Says he’d have the report with 2 – 3 days at the latest. He sent it out next day. Not sure what else to say. Overall, great experience.
