Service was mediocre. The lady was super stingy with the veggies and toppings. I kept having to ask for extra, and even when there was extra, it needed more. Veggies looked fresh like the typical subway. I think she added salt and pepper to my sandwich when I only asked for pepper because my sandwich was salty AF.(I thought it was the pickles at first because I don’t usually get those). They didn’t have any wheat bread(this was about 5:30pm) so I ended up settling for Italian, but it was super crusty like it was a bit old. I never get Italian so I don’t know if it’s suppose to be like this, but bread should be soft… Oddly warm inside the store, but the weather was a bit overcast. The store is small, but there is seating available. Overall, this place is okay. Nothing special, but conveniently located in a shopping center near Starbucks, Jack in the Box, the Daily Bagel, and more. I’d recommend the Daily Bagel for breakfast and lunch sandwiches if you want better quality food.

Warming do not came hear I was paying for my sub and a lage cockroach came out of no ware. The girl that was checking me out saw it, smash it with her hand and said sorry. Ewww really makr me wonder how ocean is this place. The older lady ask me if I wanted to change it. Really with your dirty smashing cockroach hands no thx. I rather wait till I get home to eat. Bought a BLT(10/23/2015) at the price of some premium sandwich. Charged me $ 7 and lied to me that the price went up this morning, when I showed the receipt from yesterday(10/22/2015) which I bought for $ 5.75 from Ardenwood store. I went online to check the price if they really went up, and surprise surprise no price increase. They just decided to bump up the price and blamed it on the software. I don’t care about this $ 1 or so. I wanted to make a note for others and for themselves to improve on customer support. Have fun…

Subway is subway. I tried the Turkey Italiano Melt for the first time, toasted on sourdough(who knew they had sourdough!!!) and it was pretty tasty. Service was fast and food was good. Not much else to report here, folks.

I really wish I had read some of these reviews before coming to this subway. Unfortunately I was hungry and it was the closest place. But never again! The ppl working there was rude(this one older lady and a guy who might be her son). They wouldn’t let me add toppings to my sandwich because it «wasn’t part of the picture» on the menu. Instead they just added some powdered cheese from a can and wrapped it up. That’s it. I have been to a bunch of different subway places and this is the first time I have never been able to add any toppings. So disappointed and also a bit pissed off. I’m never coming here again.

Sigh, I live close to this Subway and I want it to be solid, but, nope. Service is quite poor. I did get my sandwich but it just felt awkward and painful the whole time asking for my food. Like, putting standard ingredients on the sandwich should be expected — I felt like the server was thinking she was doing me a favor by making my sandwich. Never again.

I’m the idiot who kept going back out of convenience, because I live directly across from it and was too lazy to go elsewhere. The service is the worst. Like, thee worst ever. You will not find ruder, lazier people who give less of a something-I’m-not-allowed-to-write-on-Yelp anywhere else. They genuinely do not care about customer service and make no attempt at pretending. I, personally, appreciate a good fake when it comes to customer service; I understand that you probably don’t care about me having the perfect 6-incher but could you at least try to fake it? No? Ok, good talk. I’ve been snapped at, ignored, talked back to, and mugged every time I’ve been here. It’s like an oven in here, so get ready to sweat [I repeat: gateway to hell!] while you wait. If there’s a line of more than 2 people, you’re screwed and might as well set up a tent and camp out because it’ll take forever. They say they’re out of whatever you ask for. Pretty sure they just don’t want to grab it, so they say«we don’t have that.» The list of what they DO have is much smaller than the list of what they«don’t.» Greeeat. This place is 5 feet away from me and I will never step foot in it again. Please go to another location and spare yourself the awkward and rude encounter you are inevitably about to have; you can thank me and all the other Unilocalers later.

Got here Saturday morning 10:45AM I tried to get a coffee and breakfast sandwich for the usual $ 4 at every other subway. I was informed that they do not have this deal anymore and coffee service was over and it’s cold. I asked when they stopped serving coffee and the lady looked at the clock and said 10:30. Then she offered to microwave the old coffee but she would not make more. Now I see why this subway has such bad reviews and why it was totally empty. I’m sure with their service, stinginess, and with many other subways so close by they won’t be open much longer and there is no public restroom fyi

Glad to see others are unhappy with this location. I went in yesterday to take advantage of the free 6″ sub when you buy a $ 25 gift card, and the 2 footlongs for $ 10 after 4PM. I got an email about both of these deals, and saw them advertised at other locations. I’m glad I asked the guy if they had the deal BEFORE he made my sandwich, because he said they don’t honor either of those deals! So I walked out. I drove over to the location by CVS on Driscoll. The guy there had both deals advertised and gave me tons of extra toppings on my tiny 6″ sub. Also I asked that manager whether each location has the option of offering deals like this, and he said no, the other location is supposed to honor the deals, and they are lying when they say they don’t offer them. So I will never go to this location again because they don’t honor the deals that Subway advertises. Total crap.

I eat at subways when I want a quick fix meal. The food is generally good and service is courteous. This subway lacks in both! The Indian ladies that work there were curt, nasty and rude in the manner they treated me and a customer before me. I don’t know how this place will stay in business. I won’t ever go there again.

I have never had breakfast from subway but I gave it a try since they always advertise for healthy option. I came in and greeted by I wouldn’t say unpleasant but no personality woman. Seemed like she wanted me to order and to leave her alone. I have other things to do attitude. So I ordered small size steak and cheese breakfast on a flatbread. I wouldn’t call it steak at that point since it looked more like chopped up meat and pre-cooked egg… hmmm. It left feeling hungry since after 4 bites, my breakfast’s gone. I would order for more but the feeling I’ve got was not pleasant and then the after breakfast and still hungry feeling made it worse.

I went here a couple of weeks ago for a $ 3 breakfast combo. I asked for everything on my flatbread sandwich and was told that I’m limited to only two veggie toppings. Ummm… Totally against the Subway policy btw. Today I was looking for a place to eat And thought maybe I’d give this place another shot. Again, I asked for everything. This time extra cucumber. She looked at me sprinkled on a bit of lettuce and measly amounts of assorted veggies added one piece of cucumber. If that wasn’t bad enough, the bad attitude was the perfect topping to my shyt sandwich. Thank you!

The Subway at this location is not worth going to mainly cuz the service is poor! I ordered the veggie Delite sub and I swear the lady that made my sandwich was stingy on all the toppings. If you ask for anything more, there is a charge to it. I think it’s ridiculous that you have to charge more just cause I want 5 more olives in my sub? Is the economy that bad.Seriously. You should even be glad that I’m giving you business. Me and my wallet will not be visiting this place no more.

Rude workers. I went in for the $ 26 in meatball sub special. Except i wanted 2 of them. So it’d be $ 4. Well i thought i shoudl just say«footlong» just to save time since it’ll be easier just to make it the same instead of having to go through two. When we were done they charged $ 5. i was like«well…shouldn’t it be 4 because its basically 26 inch sandwiches.» And the guy asked the girl in the back and she was like«NO. YOUHAVETOSAYTHATATTHEBEGINNING». well shit. My bad. If it was good customer service you should just give the customer the deal anyway because I didn’t know. I’ve worked in customer service for a long time and I’ve dealt with things like this. People usually come back for more business if you’re nice about it and give them the deal anyway. Now i’m never going back. especially since there’s a much nicer subway down the street in the denny’s/cvs area.

I can’t believe I’m reviewing a Subway. But after witnessing such horrible service, I had to. I go to this Subway often and the staff is usually decent, not that friendly or helpful but decent. Yesterdays scenario: Customer: I would like a turkey sandwich on wheat. Female employee: Sorry we’ve run out of wheat after lunch Me: Really, cuz I just got wheat??? Employee: Looks like that was the last one. Customer: Whats that? So, you do have wheat? Or not? Employee: I SAID I DON’T have WHEAT I said it three times! (Everyone in Subway turns to stare) Unreal! Who could ever think it’s ok to yell at a customer? It doesn’t matter how frustrated you are. I should note that this customer was a senior citizen. Show some respect! :( SORUDE!

As far as Subways go, it’s a Subway. No public restrooms, the $ 5 footlongs have gone the way of the dinosaurs, and«oven roasted chicken» elicited some diced poultry and a 50 cent upcharge. Pretty sure I don’t go to Subway so often that I know the fillings more than the employees. Funny how errors are never in my favor. That said, clean tables and floors, and the chips were well-stocked. Don’t expect miracles.
