I give 1 star because there is no option for 0. By far the worst seller I’ve had the misfortune of stumbling across. I ordered an expensive signed comic book from them and it needed to be shipped as I am not from Ohio. Upon receiving the book I see that the very cheap envelope they sent it in has a massive bend across the front and I am immediately disheartened because I knew it went through to the book. The very least they could have done if they have to ship with cheap packaging is write ‘do not bend’ on the envelope, but even that was left out. I called and emailed trying to get the situation resolved but I was just ignored. It seems to me that after they received my money that I no longer merit their consideration or customer service.

I have been going to Rupps Comics for years. They are a fantastic business. Everyone there is helpful and knowledgeable. If the person working doesn’t know the answer, they will do everything to get you the right answer. They can order any comic related ad toy that you want. They always have plenty of awesome toys and comics in stock. The prices are amazing as well. You will not be disappointed. I make it a point to try to go in there every month. Check them out!!!

We went here in search of the Sandman series and another collection someone had recommended. The guy behind the counter was helpful without hovering and very personable. When they didn’t have the second series we were looking for, he quickly jumped on their computer to look it up and was able to find it for ordering. Even though we didn’t order it right then (since we’re from out of town), he was completely cool about it and even said that since everyone uses the same ordering service we could order it from any comic shop.
It’s a little bit off the main shopping strip and doesn’t look like a retail shop from the outside, but I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comics in the NE Ohio area.
