We have had on going issues and the tech ronnie was able to determine we had a break in the line. He was professional and will probably use preferred to fix the problem.

Ronnie & Robert came out to clear out main line. 3 days before Christmas and we had a back up affecting all of our plumbing. They called about a half an hour before arriving to check in and let us know they were on their way. Fast and friendly service and they walked us through the process. And they were good with the dogs too.

I would not use them again. On the day of appointment, they didn’t show up, so I called. The lady on the phone said the plumber had a family emergency and couldn’t show up, so i got rescheduled to the next day morning. They apologized and promised to arrange a plumber for us the next day. Next day morning, no one showed up, so I called. The lady said the they were short of plumbers today and had to postpone. They said they would call back later. Later in the afternoon, no one had contacted me. So I called again. The lady said our appointment had changed to 4:30pm. I asked if this was confirmed. she avoided my question by answering «this was what written on the schedule book». At around 3:30pm, I called them again and the lady said my appointment would be at 4:30pm. So I went home to wait for the plumber. At 4:45pm, no one showed up or called, so I called them. The lady heard me and passed on the phone to a gentleman. I assumed he was the supervisor, he apologized and said they couldn’t make it today because they only had one plumber working. They said they could reschedule my appointment two days later, because they were all booked for tomorrow.
I have lost my confidence in this company and I ended up found a good service plumber to do my job the next day.

To pay $ 165/​he is already higher than average compare to others. but I cannot tolerate a worker who Constantly trying to inflate the service cost by exaggerating the complexity of a simple work. Always gIve you more expensive options, trying to suck more $$ out from you.
I don’t like to deal with such company, either they are inexperience or no integrity.

Justin and Hector from the Milpitas «shop» for Preferred Plumbing arrived today and fixed our drain problem. A blockage somewhere past the downstairs toilet was causing all the waste water in the house to back-​up — and the pressure was leaking waste water from underneath our downstairs toilet. It was flooding our laundry room.
This started last night. I called several «24 hr» plumbing businesses after 9 PM. Another company; «Mr. Rooter» explained that they are only allowed to use large «clean-​outs» on the outside of the house. Our older house does not have accessible outside «clean-​outs» — so they could not help us unless we agree to pay for the installation of an outside «clean-​out» as part of the process — an estimate of over $ 1,500. I appreciate that Mr. Rooter was straightforward about this!
None of the other «24 hr» plumbers had available workers last night (all busy), but Brian at Preferred Plumbing arranged an appt for 10 AM the next day. Justin and Hector arrived about 10:45. They assessed the situation and gave me an estimate (their hourly rate — estimated at 2 hours or less). They took off the toilet and used the rooter through the toilet flange — running it through to the sewer main. They found a few roots along the way that probably caused the blockage… Everything was checked and put back before they left.
I’d use this company again.

0 stars, this company is so bad-​I don’t have words for it. Ok, I might have one word regarding the manager named Josh,.“LIAR!”

I always prefer to call private businesses rather than businesses that contract since the contractors usually have no idea what you need done and they have to call the boss for every little question thats asked because they don’t know the answer themselves. However, he got the job done quickly and the same day I called so I can’t complain too much. Average plumbing company, I would probably use them again.

Avoid this dishonest company. I needed a simple 20 miinute main line cleanout. The guy on site quoted me their minimum rate of $ 225. I refused, then within 20 minutes I received a call from the office asking why I didn’t want the $ 165 rate (which was never quoted). I said I was calling someone that quoted $ 125. Then he said he would do it for $ 125. Never deal with a company like this.
