How do I review Niles Canyon? Lol. Its like a giant splash of nature right in the middle of the east/south bay. The road is a nice summer-top down drive and secret sidewalk is always an adventure. Overall it is a nice park with a bit of a stream, great for kids and relaxing for adults.

Went hiking here not to long ago with a friend of mine, it was absolutey beautiful out. Everything about it was perfect. We ran into a turkey on our way, which i never been so close to one before(well one thats alive anyway lol). They have a little creek that would be great for kids or yourself on a hot day. Make sure to bring plenty of water if you go during those summer days, it get really hot up in those hills!

Love driving through here late at night. You can pull off in several areas to hike in the day or star gaze at night. Also, there’s a historical water temple, a pretty cool nursery, and Sunol Regional Park. It’s nice to have an oasis away from suburbs, strip-malls, and city dwellers. Kinda sucks when there’s someone driving super cautious since there’s only one lane(please, please stay on the freeway if you’re like that).

Love a leisurely drive through the country. Check out Niles Canyon make a left at Palomares drive and enjoy. A road that connects Fremont Ca. to good olé’ CV Have taken this road many times over the years. best way to beat Mission Blvd, commute hours and makes for a creepy ride at night while telling ghost stories and driving with the lights off. Keep an eye out for the white witch. She’ll get ya
