Barry literally just left my house, and I RAN to my computer to leave a Unilocal review. First time on Unilocal too! My carpets look AMAZING! They were so disgusting, and I was so embarrassed to even attempt to clean them. He spent 4 hours on 3 rooms of my house and thoroughly did an fantastic job. Him and his one man crew worked around me and a 2y old too. Very knowledgeable and friendly. There needs to be more barrys in the world! Worked with me on budget too. Def recommend!

What excellent company! If there was more than 5+ rating Barry and his crew member would deserve it. Their customer service and attention to detail was tops, for sure. Barry did a thorough job in cleaning and detailing my hardwood floors and displayed a wealth of knowledge in advise for taking care of my floors. I am so pleased with the results and recommend his services for any cleaning need of hardwood floors and tile. His prices are very reasonable and his work represents the passion he has for his line of business.

Our realtor recommended that we contact Barry at Kwik Dry, when we expressed that we wanted to have our hardwood floors refinished. We felt that they needed to be sanded and she didn’t, so we asked Barry his professional opinion. He explained that the scratches in the floor were surface scratches and that the stains were in the finish. We also talked to a floor refinisher and Kwik Dry’s process was far less expensive so we went with the cleaning process. Barry stripped the finish, cleaned the wood and refinished the floors without sanding. They are beautiful and far exceeded our expectations. Barry was friendly, professional and all work exceeded our expectations.

Barry did a fabulous job cleaning my mattress!!! I was blown away by how responsive Barry was in communication and even contacted me the next day to check on the outcome of my mattress! He was very professional and gave me some future tips to avoid more stains, which can be quite stubborn. My mattress feels sanitized and fresh. I will certainly be using Barry’s services again. Needed our mattress cleaned, and I’m so glad I chose Barry! I did my research and his service was the cheapest I could find. He was very professional, prompt and kept us in the loop about everything he was doing. He even put up with all the shenanigans our 3 year old pulled. My husband and I had our mattress cleaned by Barry from KwikDry and I have to say — I was shocked. He turned our mattress from what I thought would be unsalvageable to brand spanking new. I was seriously considering buying a new mattress altogether if it didn’t work with Barry’s company — but thank God I gave them a shot — saved me several hundreds if not a souple thousand dollars in not having to buy a new mattress. After the mattress cleaning service, we were so pleased that we got two sofas and a recliner cleaned too. AGAIN, AMAZING JOB — we couldn’t be more pleased. Barry was professional, the prices were more than fair, and the quality of work offered by KwikDry is unparalled. I will only go to them for future business regarding any type of mattress, carpet, or furniture cleaning.

I live in a large home here and Livermore and I get my carpets cleaned every year. I’ve used companies like COIT, Sears, ServiceMaster, and a variety of independents. And, I have yet to see one carpet cleaners results stand out above the others… until now.
Team Kwik Dry cleaned my carpets yesterday. They cleaned the entire house including the stairs. First and foremost the carpets look great! Secondly, Barry (the owner) and his assistant were the consummate professionals (knowledgeable and friendly too). As icing on the cake, their prices are competitive with the other cleaners who can not produce Kwik Dry quality.

I had the most disgusting dog-​urine soaked sectional. I wanted to burn it, but decided that wasn’t such a good idea. I looked around for the upholstery cleaners and they are plentiful and offer tons of «deals.» Frustrated at the huge price discrepancies between competitors, I found a Website that resonated. Clear pricing, locally owned and operated, and an honest business. I called Kiwk Dry, they came out on my totally unreasonable time frame and whipped that sectional into shape. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results!!! The couch looks like new (and smells like new). The price was the price and there were no upsells or pressure to do things I didn’t understand. I totally recommend Kwik Dry. This organization has a customer for life. I almost can’t wait to dirty something else. My visitors have all commented on the beauty of my once disgusting sectional. I can easily get many years of use out of it again. Thank you, Kwik Dry!

We highly recommend Kwik Dry by Barry. Our older off-​white carpet was beginning to show its age, especially on the stairs. After initially estimating two hours for the stairs, family, living and dining rooms, Barry and his associate took a full four hours to make sure the job was done right. In the end, our carpets looked fantastic. Barry is now our go-​to person when it comes to cleaning services.

Barry does a FANTASTIC job! He cleaned our sofa after it had been put through it’s paces with our three kids. It looked brand new when he was finished! He does an amazing job on our carpets. He is trustworthy and very professional. He has also done numerous clinics for me and keeps things looking fresh. I cannot imagine calling anyone else for our cleaning needs.

Barry did excellent job. Previously we had used a cleaner service recommended by our builder (Toll Brothers) and that was a bad job by any means. Barry took care of our carpet and it got back to ‘new looking’ again as it was when we had moved in to this our new home in Dublin. I am highly satisfied with his work and would recommend him 100%.
