Kitajima Walter Y DDS

I have been going to this dentist since I was a kid. I am now in my mid-​30s and Dr Kitajima has never let me down. I like and trust this dentist so much that even though I moved to LA, I still make appointments with him. Never gave me anything that I didn’t need and he always has a nice soothing voice when he is doing a cleaning or a filling (hopefully i won’t be needing any more of the fillings in the future). He is probably closing in on retirement, but I hope he stays unretired for a bit longer.

We’ve been with Dr. Kitajima for more than five years and he is the greatest. Never make you do anything that you don’t have to. He always take care of you like his own family. I never thought of changing my dentist till he decide to retire.

I consistently see Dr. Kitajima twice-​a-​year and I always enjoy each visit. In fact, I always look forward to each visit because I love the way my teeth feel after I see him. He always pays close attention to every detail from the ultrasonic periodontal cleaning procedure he does, to the end where he polishes your teeth. He is very gentle, yet thorough and I know he takes pride in his work and care of everyone’s teeth and oral health.
His office staff is always very nice, and they are very responsive and understanding to appointment changes. Be prepared to schedule your next appointment 6 months out so that you have your pick of time and date. Dr. Kitajima’s appointments get booked fast! Parking is very convenient, and I always try to arrive ~5 minutes before my scheduled appointment time.

Excellent dental service! Dr. Kitakima is an excellent dentist who always makes sure that you are comfortable. I am not a big fan of the dentist but coming here for me isn’t bad at all. They were really nice to call me and let me know if I wanted to take an earlier appointment because someone else canceled. good service.
