I had a scalp condition for over a year, and went to several dermatologists before seeing Dr. Kanzler. None of them seemed like they wanted to listen to me, let alone were able to fix the problem. All of them just prescribed steroids.
Dr. Kanzler identified the problem fairly quickly as being a nerve disorder, and to date the problem has improved 90%. The problem had gotten so bad before seeing Dr. Kanzler that I would be more than happy with the result I have now. But Dr. Kanzler is confident he can fix the problem completely, and I believe him.
In summary, Dr. Kanzler is one of those rare doctors that puts you completely at ease and explains everything to you in easily understandable language. I will continue to see him as long as he keeps practicing.
