My son was sent to get some X-​rays of his chest done and I could not be happier with the friendliness of the staff at the Kaiser Radiology department. The wait was minimum and the technician was very nice and comforting to my 7-​yr old. My son was afraid after seeing the equipment in the room and didn’t want to do it at first but again, the technician was very helpful and he allowed me to stay nearby (with proper protection of course) to aid in my son’s anxiety. The process took less than 10 minutes and the films were sent to my son’s doctor immediately. By the time we walked by to Dr. Wang’s office, the films were already available for her to review and get the proper diagnosis for my son. Happy Happy Mom
