Didnt honor a corporate coupon… Will not come back

What does it take to get the entire order in the bag before I leave to return home and bring a late dinner home to my family? Seriously! Tonight [02/​13/​2016] the place wasn’t that busy and you still forget the One Original Monster Taco, part of my dad’s order, that I was asked to bring home for a late dinner. I’d like to go somewhere else, but its the same situation. Listen I know its a dead end job, but if you keep screwing people like this you won’t have any customers and that dead end job, let alone $ 10.00 an hour take home pay.

I use to like coming here. But I didn’t even know what was the bacon bits in my potato wedges… The cashier was Carey but didn’t know who was in control of cooking… I’m not happy with this

I came here at 11:25 pm and the cashier was rude. I was completely appalled by the customer service. The food is decent but the customer service is what made this review a one star.

Very rude ass people!
Doors were unlocked at 9:55 P.M.when we arrived and the Guy wearing a Red shirt at the deep fryers kept shaking his head and forcefully throwing stuff around.
There was a very nice cashier but the rest were rude as hell.

25 minute wait and they forget my jalapeño poppers!!! They always seem to find a way to mess up an easy order. I’d go back but it’d probably take another 25 minutes… and I’m too hangry for that. So irritated. My fault for even going to this crap in the box to begin with.

I come here once in a while since they are close to my mechanic. They seem to have new items on the menu periodically which is always nice.
The drive through the last time I was there was backed up. I had to turn off the engine and wait and they finally asked us to pull over to the parking lot and wait. Not quite «fast food».
The inside is a little dated and could use a refresh and the employees were disinterred.

Terrible customer service! The manager should be fired! She started complaining because I asked for 2 cups of water after I received my order. She said «why you not tell me before OH MY GOD» I didn’t even get a receipt not a big deal at all, but as a customer you would at least be offered one… I would never recommend anyone to come here

I literally stood at the register for two and a half minutes with no service I made eye contact with 3of the 5 employees i saw here. It wasn’t at all busy. There was only 1person in the dining area maybe 2cars in the drive through. I wasn’t even acknowledge I just walked out.

If you want a microwaved, stiff as a board burger, this is the place to go. Remember when the Meaty Cheesy Boys sang that they wouldn’t make your burger until you ordered it? Well, that’s a damn lie. My Ultimate Cheeseburger was inedible and had the distinct flavor of hamburger that has been put through a microwave. They had clearly made the patties long before serving them and nuked them to oblivion when I ordered. The worst part of this is that I waited several minutes until my order was taken, and then I waited another several minutes behind the cars in front of me. They had plenty of time to cook fresh patties. What the hell are they doing with all that time? It’ll be a long time before I’m back.

WHATEVER YOU DO, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS JACK IN THE BOX!

I came here on 11÷15÷14 at about 12 noon for lunchtime. I ordered a chicken sandwich and small fries in the drive thru.
oddly, the wait was pretty long. There was no one in front of me. But hey, I will wait long for my order to be correct.
When I drove back to work and I looked at my food, I must say I’m pretty irritated!
My fries were DOUBLE fried as well as the chicken patty. DOUBLE fried means that the food has been sitting there for a while and right before serving, they put the OLD FOOD back in the fryer to get it warm & crisp again.
TRUST ME. I KNOW. I worked at jack in the box for a few years & I was a team leader. I know all the tricks.
Would you eat that if that was your food? NO! Then why would you serve it to me?
NOTE: Managers and team leaders: Pay closer attention on your food timers, cooks and employees.
Thanks for messing up my lunch. Screw you guys!

1 star for messing up on my order and for the nasty chicken nuggets!
I specifically said NO ONIONS on my jumbo jack multiple times which the lady repeated back to me as well.
Opened up my jumbo jack cause I smelled onions, and my nose was right! ONIONS
Plus the chicken nuggets are horrible here! Their nuggets is stretchy. Chicken should not stretch! It doesn’t look nor taste like chicken. Wendy’s nuggets looks, taste, and is chicken!
And she didn’t give me a receipt! Go to the one in Ardenwood. Much better there!

I’ve been to this Jack In The Box at least twice once with my family and then another with my close group of friends.
Seeing as this Jack In The Box is right next to my former high School (American), it seems like this one gets a good a lot of business from the high schoolers. It has a decent amount of seating for a fast food restaurant and establishment plus they have a drive through and wait, it’s open 24 hours!
Service here has been fine, I haven’t had any problems with location. I always order their 20 Piece Chicken Nuggets for $ 4.99! They are freshly cooked and delicious, so yes it takes a while but hey, you come for hot fresh food right?
Don’t forget to get a milkshake as well, there delicious as well! From Vanilla, Chocolate, to Strawberry then to their various special flavors they have from time to time. Yum!
My friends got different burgers and also some curly fries too. The burgers are pretty decent and very flavorful. Good food for the price you pay.
Customer Service was fine, ever have had a problem at this location. :)

Order took a little long, but it was correct. Not my usual JIB stop.

they are usually fast hence fast food but they were backed up the night i went. it was still not bad and even better that i didn’t have to pay full price. Gotta love coupons! burgers were a little salty (BLT cheese burger) but not greasy. chicken nuggets were good – not too bready and not greasy. would go back if not feeling in the mood to cook and had coupon.
people at drive thru were really nice! big plus

Two months later, I figured I’d give it another shot.
When the drive thru operator repeats your first item correctly, misses the correct quantity of your second item, then repeats and enters the correct second item in both item and quantity, yet fails to include the already verified first item… yeah, I left. Something’s just not right here.
So much for another chance, right?

I’ve always had better Jack in the Box, but I mean, whatever. It’s junk food.
BUT, when I’m desperate for munchies, can’t go wrong.

I’ve only had late night sweets from here which is hard to mess up. HowEVER, can you please put more cinnamon sugar on my churros? I am after a sugar fix after all. Ugh, I can’t believe I even eat this stuff sometimes, but when ya gotta, ya just gotta.

Eh, its Jack in the Box. Its what could expect from fast food.
I think its pretty normal to expect a drive-​thru order taker to have english as their second language, but this is getting rediculous. Find the most qualified english speaker in the establishment, and use them on the drive-​thru window!
Otherwise, the food comes out quickly. Its greasy as expected. And the prices are decent. They rarely forget stuff, and actually give you as many ranch dressing packets as you want, rather than charging you an extra quarter each…
