These guys are great. We hired them to provide shave ice for our backyard party. They were prompt, courteous, and eager to help. There’s nothing better than shave ice and a flavor station to light up eyes on a hot summer day. Conrad, the owner, arrived early, set up with no fuss, and cleaned up without a trace afterwards. Clean equipment. Tasty treat. What’s more to say?

The first time I got to try their shaved ice was at the Cupertino’s Cherry Blossom Festival a couple years back. I’ve been following them ever since and would try to go where they would be next.
The shaved ice consistency is the best I’ve had in the mainland, soft and smooth, not harsh. The highlight is of course the Flavor Station. It’s a self-serve 3 stations of syrups, so you can have as much or as little as possible… or even better, add more as you go.
I’m such a basic person, I’m happy with just the shaved ice and 2 – 3 flavors. I will have to try out the variation with ice cream in the middle next time.

I’ve been fortunate enough to have tried the shave ice from Island Sno Creations on a couple of occassions. The first time was at a company event and the second this past weekend when my brother hired them for my nephew’s first birthday party. Their shave ice with their many flavors was very delicious. Maria, the co-owner mentioned that they import their flavored syrup from Hawaii. The shave ice was a huge hit at the party and guests kept talking about it even after Island Sno had left. Their shave ice is comparable to Aoki’s and Matsumoto’s shave ice in Oahu. Mmmmm… my mouth is watering just thinking about it.
