On the fence but most likely won’t return. I have had shellac apply and remove several times. The first time I had it removed at this business, they didn’t quite differently. Rather than soaking they wrapped my nails in foul with cotton balls that were saturated in acetone. Do not bother me, rather what bothered me was when the lady could not get the shellac off like this she use the metal cuticle clippers to start clipping at the polish and ripping it off. This damage my nail significantly, at which point she decided to use the acrylic electronic sander to smooth my nails. This has caused my nails to be very thin and break easily now. I would’ve been better off just peeling the shellac off myself when it started to peel but didn’t want to damage my nails, this was much worse! They did do a fair job repainting my nails.

I live in GR and drive to Fremont for their service. I’ve never had my nails done in GR or even other states that look/last as good as here. I won’t go anywhere else.

After a terrible experience in the summer I decided to come back. The owner Tammy is rude and I’m certain is unaware what good customer service means. My apt was at 5:30 they however didn’t wait on me until 6. The owner Tammy wrapped presents for Christmas and socialized with regular customers not even acknowledging me or the time I spent waiting. While I waited she complained about customers calling to make appointments. This place is 2 minutes from work and convenient but going forward I’ll drive to Muskegon or Grand Rapids. Fremont needs a new nail salon.
