Guardian Gutters

We called Guardian Gutters to get an estimate for Gutter Cleaning. I spoke to Ross and he quoted me over the phone and we made an appointment. As this is a rental I asked him if he could call me before he got to the appointment to make sure he would be on time. He insisted he would be on time. Of course the day of the job he was late and I had to wait 40 minutes. (no apology) Over the phone on the initial call I explained the work and what was needed to be done. When he got there he complained how «hard it would be to clean» the gutters and patio cover gutters. I mentioned that I did explain everything over the phone and he sort of said «yea you did». After a few more minutes of complaining and whining I could tell he did not want to do the job. I guess he only wants «easy» jobs and the idea that some work was involved was too much to handle. As he was late after saying he would be on time with no real explanation, saying the its hard to clean gutters on a patio cover and then being generally unprepared (he asked me to supply hoses for him even though I asked about that over the phone) and his general reluctance to work I said «if you do not want to do the work dont, I can hire someone else. He then proceeded to say ok and left. I would not recommend this company and they will waste your time. If I could give no stars I would.

He came once. We paid $ 338. Gutters still clogged and leaking.
Left numerous messages. No return call.
Finally reached Margaret. Scheduled appointment 3 times for return visit.
Took time off from work to wait at home for him.
No show all three times.
Warranty not honored.
Waste of time, energy… overall a frustrating experience and gutters still clogged!

every year he cleans and keeping them dirt free, very reasonable and helpful …
