East West Chiropractic & Acupuncture Clinic

I called Friday to make an appointment. I verified with their staff that they do accept my PPO insurance as my health insurance company told me this provider is in network. They made the appointment for mid-​day on Saturday. I changed my schedule to go in at the only time they would see me. They said they would accept my copayment at the visit and verify my coverage on Monday.
When I went in, the «doctor» said that he opted out of my insurance network over a year ago and that he wouldn’t see me. It didn’t matter to him that his staff told me that they do accept my insurance and that my insurance company says he is a contracted provider. He just wasted my time.
This is a horrible businessman. And the only conclusion I can draw from that is that he is a horrible doctor.
