If your thinking of coming here for any service at all turn around and run away as fast as you can! They are extremely unprofessional and could care less about there clients! They do not provide you with timely updates and are only interested in taking your money for a service that they may be incapable of doing. The are extremely inexperienced and do not take the time to insure the work they are doing is correct. Run away!

I had to work a little harder than expected to get their attention which was a surprise for me. I got the sense they didn’t always understand what I was asking whether I communicated in writing or verbally. I’m a very understanding person, so I’m willing to believe this firm can do basic assignments that don’t require much complexity.

If I could give negative stars I definitely would. This company is a complete rip off and has no sense of customer service. I have tried to receive my money back for a job not even done and he cashed the check and will not return any of my calls or emails. I am leaving this review in hopes for others to not be blindsided by these other 5 star fake reviews because this company IS A RIP OFF AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. Upon going to visit Jason to investigate this issue, I found him sitting on his ass playing video games. So unprofessional.

I work for a law office in Fremont and we always use D&R. Jason is great. They are always quick and efficient. Also easy to communicate through email, which we love! Highly recommended!

I I have used D&R again just recently to serve modification on order. Quick service. Also, I have asked D&R to serve my ex-​husband on the day my child not in his care (which was very important to me as my ex has very short temper and I did not want my child to witness his reaction), and D&R did it. Like the last reviewer, I work for a law office (Hayward) and we have had no bad experiences with D&R. To the contrary, they have been fantastic and we use them all the time. They get the job done quickly and efficiently and their pricing is super reasonable. If you have an account with them, they keep you advised by email of their progress, so there isn’t a need to call to find out what’s going on.

I work for a Law Office that has been using D&R Process Service for 10 plus years and they have been nothing but reliable when getting the job done for us. In D&R’s defense to the previous review, I would say with my experience with using various other process servers are that. usually you are not updated every step of the way. You usually get updates: if there was a problem and when the work is completed. Therefore, it is always a good tip to call yourself and check on the status if there are any time limitations. D&R is pretty much up to date with modern communication as if you sign up for their email notification system you will now get confirmation of your order and then the final notification right away. Jason (the owner) is also always reachable. Responsible and efficient are keys to a good process server and D&R definitely fits those criteria. Highly recommended!

I hired them to serve a small claim order for $ 45 in ¹¹⁄₀₇. They called me 4 days before the court date to inform me that they could not serve the paper, the address is invalid. I hired them 4 months before my court date! I was furious. Their excuse is that they mailed me a letter, but it was returned to them. They could not give me a call when they found out the address was invalid. They asked me for another $ 65 for them to go out again to serve the order. Never again!
