Use promo code KZPKJ for $ 10 off your first $ 20 order at any store in the Curbside app! I think people are confusing Curbside with Target’s In-Store Pick Up. They are two completely different things. You can order your items through the Curbside app and in about an hour or less you will be notified that your items are ready for pick up at the Curbside tent or posted signs. During the busy holiday season I did see a slight increase in wait times for my order. Some places said up to two hours, but that’s just an estimate. I never had to wait that long to pick up an order even though that’s was the estimated wait time. There is no inflation in price when using the Curbside app. The price in the store is the same as the price in the app. Whatever is on sale that week is on sale regardless of whether you pay for it in store or through the app. The only thing you don’t get are the gift card promotions. You can, in fact, use your Target Red Card to pay for your items at Target through the app and still receive the 5% discount. The discount will be reflected on your receipt after your payment has gone through. The only thing you cannot use for payment are gift cards. You can also return items previously purchased through Curbside by dropping it off where it was purchased. I love this app. It has saved me many times when my toddler fell asleep on me when I was trying to get some shopping done. He would pass out in the car before we got to the store. It’s difficult carrying a sleeping toddler and pushing a baby in a cart all at the same time. It has also saved me time from walking around stores looking for items then having to stand in line to pay for it. I use Curbside when I’m waiting for my son to finish practice, or before I go to bed so I know I can pick up my items first thing in the morning after I drop my child at school. The only thing that could make this service better is if they paired up with Starbucks and brought my coffee out to me because there are no drive through Starbucks in my area, and I usually grab a coffee when I shop at Target anyway.

I have decided to give Curbside a try, although 4 months ago Curbside was very nasty to me at the Target Pacific Commons store. What happened 4 months ago is that I had recently bought my first smartphone(at Target by the way) and I tried an app with Target by ordering GF Int’l. Coffee. I ordered 4 packages of Café Francais. Target emailed me an hour later that it was ready for store pickup. The Curbside tent was the logical place at the store to pick up my prepaid order. Suffice it to say that when I walked up the Curbside lady was really razor-edged in her voice telling me she was not the place to pick up my order. Inside the store, the Target service desk lady was really courteous about delivering my order which had already been brought to the service desk. I guess it is relevant that Target had applied a 10% discount offered in their website. When I got home, I researched Curbside and learned all about them. Now fast forward 3 or 4 months and now I have learned much more about this Target store since I bought a Prius Plug-in. I am so pleased that I can almost make a round trip by charging just over one hour in the 5 Target EV chargers or in the 4 nearby Catellus chargers which are visible in ChargePoint. I intend to encourage everyone to be considerate of Target and am eating my own cooking by buying more and more from this Target location. There will be more later about Curbside. I do have various thoughts which I hope will be constructive for Target and for Curbside. So far, I am a bit disappointed that I entered all the detailed data from my Target RedCard but after all that it said«address updated»(maybe it replaced«Court» with«Ct») and then it said, repeatedly, that Curbside has stopped. I tried entering it all several attempts. Then I did try a bankcard Visa and that went right through. Goodbye 5% discount from Target? I intend to make further inquiry since when I cannot use the Target Redcard that is like paying about 5% extra. Actually I should confess that the Visa card itself pays me a rebate. It has been most difficult to get the detailed specs on the fluoride mouthrinse, somewhat difficult in the Target website and perhaps even more difficult with Curbside which has to come through my phone only. There are different concentrations of fluoride in the mouthrinse; .05% is generally a better value than .02%. Inside the Target store, it is possible to read the labels on the front and on the back of the bottles. One really splendid thing about Curbside is that an hour or so after the first e-mail which notified me to pick up the order another e-mail explained the deadline, in this case 4 days from now, to pick up the order. Something came up which had delayed my trip to pick up the items; I will be able to save a trip by picking the order up tomorrow instead of today. I picked up the order just a little after 8 a.m. the following morning. The representative was fine but he said he didn’t know whether or not the Target Redcard could be used for a payment to Curbside. In short, Curbside seems to be quite valuable for those who don’t want to go far from the curb or at least from the parking lot. Unless the Target RedCard can be used for a payment, the Curbside prices are almost 5% net higher since the Redcard discount is 5%.

Too good to be true. Hate to burst their perfect bubble but didn’t work for me. Placed the order with a 2 hour ETA. Didn’t get a text in time. Checked on their app. ETA Extended to 4HOURS! Wasn’t worried too much. So waited around another hour or so. Then this inkling told me that if they didn’t notify me about the extra 2 hours then I may be waiting longer until like tomorrow. Called customer service. John helped me. Apologetic, but doesn’t save me the 2 extra hours waiting around. He had to call his peeps to find out what happened. Called me back basically saying they are too busy and would be ready for pickup TOMORROW. UMMMMNO… when I placed the order it said ready in 2 hours. Not fair. That was just dirty. Now I’m here at Target with my 4 year old and swollen 35 week pregnant feet roaming around Target 2+ hours after ordering from a ______(can’t think of how to describe) service. Not happy. Lucky for John who called me back– got an extra star! Again, hate to burst their bubble but this was a complete waste of time. Especially for people constantly on the go. Btw– my kid is asleep and have to now shop with her slumped over the cart. Thanks guys. Really appreciate the«convenience».

Wow I am so pleased about curbside at target! It was very easy to download the app and order the items online through courtside once I was done I got a confirmation to pick up my items within the next hour. When I arrive my items was ready for pick up. I just pulled up and the curbside associate brought my items straight to my car and it was all there and everything was so convenient. This Saves me a lot of time not having to go into store shopping for all the items myself then standing in long lines for purchasing. I recommend curbside to whoever that has lots of things to do on a busy day and want to get things done right away. I can’t wait for other merchandise stores to take on curbside for the convenience of customers. Curbside is the best hooray!

Dude Curbside where have you been all my life? You made my life so much easier and given me more time to spend on other things! Download the app and shop at stores. Curbside is only available at certain locations and hopefully will spread. You cannot purchase perishables as your order is outside and ready for pick up so you dont want to it spoil. The app is easy to navigate and there is no extra fees! You pay the same price as going into the store. Its like having your own personal shopper. One my order was placed I drove to Target and theres signs and a Curbside tent with associates waiting to give you your order. Quick easy and painless and now I can go on with my life then going into the store and spending more money on things I don’t need. Love Curbside!

I love curbside service. It’s so convenient especially when you have toddlers. I use it in a regular basis. I hope they start accepting orders for essentials such as milk, bread, eggs etc
