Cartridge World

I wasn’t planning on reviewing this place since my mom always comes here and I came in once on Friday just to pick up ink for her, but I absolutely need to now!
On Friday, I came in to pick up Epson ink without knowing that you need to «reset» the microchip in order for it to work. I had used my free ink from my mom’s punchcard. I tried downloading the freeware to get it to work, but still no dice!
I finally had time to come in today (Tuesday!) and luckily, the same guy was working. I explained to him the situation and asked if I could get HP ink for another printer. (We have 5 000 000 printers at home and we only need one to work.) He let me «return» the Epson ink that didn’t work and get an HP ink for free instead, plus purchase the second HP ink. It was a completely hassle-​free transaction filled with smiles! (His name is Anthony I think and he says he is the manager.)
Should I also add that I came in 5 minutes before closing while he was closing out the cash drawer and still helped me?

I’ve been a customer of several Cartridge World franchises over the past few years. At this one, I had a particularly good experience that warrants a positive review: When my printer cartridge was out the evening before a big event, I found that my physical cartridge needed to be replaced, which they had at their other location but not in this shop. The owner said I could pick this up the next morning, but this would be too late for me to get to the event and have my print job done. She actually was able to stop by my home (nearby) on her way home and bring me my new cartridge! I’ve appreciated this place as having a neighborly feel since.

I was getting tired of spending as much as I did on printer ink. Good thing I found these guys over in Irvington! Great pricing (between 35−40%) and great service as well as a great location. Thanks CW!

Awsome, Awsome, Awsome. Their service is impeccable. I’ve been purchasing from them ever since they opened the store. The closing of the deal happened after about 6 months of their opening when one of the cartridges I purchased did not work. One of the guys came and spent more than an hour to figure out why it was not working, finally, to figure out that I had broken one of the pieces while installing the cartridge, inside my printer. It was my fault, I apologized for which I got a very humble smile from the guy who felt bad that my printer was broken, of course by me, ha ha ha. I changed my printer and after a couple of days called Kavita, the owner, and told her that I would need different cartridge for new printer, which was delivered to me, the other one picked up, they gave me a refund for the one I had purchased two days ago and a humble smile to which I am still smiling to date and am not ever buying my cartridges from any body else even though another one opened right across the street from my office. Their quality is 100%, never ever had even the minutest trouble with any cartridge I purchased and they never ever missed to smile or be professional. That is what is called service with quality. I heard they have opened one more in Hayward on Foothill Blvd close to hwy 238, so, if you are up north a little bit, you can go there.
