Great experience… started coming here just a few weeks ago and they have been very courteous, and do a great job. I have high standards and expectations and so far their dry cleaning and laundry services have been great!

I’ve been going her for almost two years. Recently, something has changed with the quality of their service. The last two times I brought in my suits for dry cleaning, my suits came out über creased in all the wrong places. The time before this last time, two of my pants had double creases on one side of the leg. I wore them to work and that’s when I saw them. Sucked. This last time I returned 2 pants and a skirt for a redo. The pants had 5 ridges of creases going down the leg and were not wrinkle free. The skirt had a crease going across the front and they broke the hook in the back. The Lady was very apologetic and promised to fix the creases and the hook. 2 days later, I picked up my stuff and saw that they did not fix the broken hook. I had to wait there so she could actually fix the hook they broke. She then asked me if I had my pants altered and I told her I never did. She said the reason is because the lining is bigger than the pant leg. I told her that I’ve had these pants dry cleaned many times and never had this problem. Sorry to say, I’m not returning. The whole point of dry cleaning is to get the wrinkles out and creases done right. They can’t seem to do it right. Nice people but not good anymore.

However, I gave them a trench coat to wash (primarily reason is because I accidentally threw it in my own washing machine and it became super wrinkled!
I thought if I sent it to dry cleaning, it’ll be crispy new!!!
After I got it back, it was definitely LESS wrinkled, but it’s still has wrinkles! I don’t know if it just my trench coats natural tendency to be a mess or they didn’t do a superior job!
I will try again and see!

Small, family-​owned business, but they do dry cleaning well! I’ve never had any issues and the prices are very reasonable.

Most dry cleaners are reasonably competent and friendly, but American Cleaners goes out of their way to provide good service. I highly recommend this place.
