Original review: Poorly managed. The whole point of using UPS is to get a tracking #. Every time I ship through the Freeport, NYUPS Store, they fail to email me a tracking #. The last two times this happened, I received complaints from my customers. Also, they don’t seem to care about measuring package dimensions properly. They just eyeball it, which annoys me because I end up paying more. The manager is easily distracted and is prone to making mistakes. UPDATE2014: My last 4 visits went without a hitch, so I’m raising my review back up to 3 stars.
