Ok, it’s a little pricey for a small town diner, but the waitress is probably the nicest person in the county. The food is small town diner food, nothing special really. I like the place because it’s the town I grew up in and I just love seeing the people there. I don’t get to spend as much time as I’d like to spend in town, but it’s always a trip down small town memory lane when I go here. I worked here 20 years ago when it was Richie’s Koffee Shop and it’s been about 4 other restaurants since then. This location always struggles, it’s a town of 400 people so it’s hard to survive in a place like this… but the people here are real honest good people just working to keep this small town alive. It’s not gourmet, it’s not fancy at all. But it’s great to be home.
