Called them about getting a lock put onto my garage door. Other companies said it would be a major job and wanted to charge $ 420. Freeport Garage Door Co came and did a great job for $ 190. Very professional and reliable.

Unprofessional and unfriendly! Our garage door was installed in February and still doesn’t work. They do not communicate with their service reps and the people who answer the phone are rude and mean. Still trying to get them to fix their problem, but very unreliable and unwilling to rectify this quickly for us. Do not go here!
