Dunkin’ Donuts

Worst dunkin donuts ever. Awful service always! I see new people every time and there is not one who does a good job. I’ve ordered two drinks and from the time I ordered till the time the made the first one they forgot that I ordered and second and started helping other people. They also take forever when you do the drive through and never get the order correctly. Terrible place!

Absolutely, without a doubt, this is the worse run DUNKIN DONUTS location that I have ever been in.
They will screw up the order 3 out 5 times.
i stopped going for a while, went back today, all I can say is failure.
Maybe if they understood the english language it would help, just saying.

Great place to sit and meet. We didn’t buy a lot (coffee and soda) and they were very courteous as we used the wifi and conducted our meeting. I would only recommend that they clean the bathroom a little more often.

I have never experienced worse service in my life. I will NEVER go to this location again. My coworker picked up a cup of coffee for me but it tasted like pure water. I went back in to ask them to change it while my friend ran back to work from lunch. I was yelled at and treated with the most disrespect. The workers would not change my coffee and accused me of getting the coffee somewhere else. How embarrassing. I opened the cup to show them that it was still steaming hot and they laughed at me. Unfortunately, I was desperate and had no time to go anywhere else during my lunch break and paid for another terrible coffee. Now I know why I never go to this location. My coffee was horrible both times and the staff are rude and disrespectful. I have never been treated this way in my life. Hope to never see you again Dunkin on Sunrise. The worst experience ever.

Coffee and donuts meh … customer service 0 stars. Never again

Coffee service is hit or miss. I’ve ordered a coconut flavored coffee but instead received a blueberry flavored coffee. Other times I get exactly what I ask for. After my most recent experience, I felt the need to write a review. My pregnant wife and I went in for a donut and coffee to go. When we came home, my donut and coffee was fine and my wife said hers was really soft (at first we thought it was fresh), however, when she looked at it, it looked doughy. Upon further review, the inside of the donut was still raw. Mistakes happen so I sent a complaint to
and someone from this location called me back. I told him what happened and the only thing he had to say was «sorry, it won’t happen again».
I’m sorry but that’s horrible customer service. After putting someone’s health at risk, you should empathize a little more and at the very LEAST compensate the customer for that raw donut. He was asking questions making me think he was questioning the validity of my complaint, which was upsetting in itself. Unfortunately I can’t upload an image to Unilocal.
There’s another DD in Baldwin which I’ll be going to moving forward.

Today in the back room one of the employees dropped a bagel on a freshly mopped floor. Guess what she did next! Yep, you guessed it! She put it right back in the bin. This location is officially for coffee only going forward.

everytime i go to this dunkin donuts theres an issue. Today was the last straw for me. WHAT THIS B. S THAT YOU’RE NOT ACCEPTING GIFT CARDS? you just lost a sell over your B.S. would you say or do this if you were in a different neighborhood? I THINK NOT. Last time I went there I wanted a hot chocolate and you had None left. another time, I went in the morning and wanted one of your breakfast sandwiches and You were out of that, Plus like the other review on this site, this place is not the cleanest. I don’t even know how you stay in business. i hope alot of people read my review and you go out of business. I think the only thing thats saving you is that you’re near the buses and trains, so i guess you feel you have the right to treat customers any kind of way bc you feel you’re the only pony in town, WELL YOURE WRONG. THIS DUNKIN DONUTS LOCATION SUCKS.

It’s a Dunkin donuts. You know what you will get. But a bit dirty and very little seating (4 tables for 4 all occupied by single individuals)

Came here after getting completely soaked at a wonderful concert at Jones Beach theater. The tea we had was the most welcome tea we’ve ever had. Also, I had an amazing Captain America donut, shaped like a star, with white frosting, blue sprinkles, and red jelly inside. So delicious. The girlfriend had a toasted coconut donut.
I think this place is open ²⁴⁄₇. It’s right next to Freeport LIRR. Check it out sometime.
