Very impressed with the quality of the work and the follow-​up. First, their pricing for my master bedroom closet was $ 1,300 less than a franchise closet company and another local firm that advertises. Next, the designer actually gave us more drawer space than one of the other firms even considered. We ended up also doing an office with them at the same time with the savings.
What I really liked was the follow-​up. Two shelves were missing the day of installation. They had them made and shipped next day to us. No charge. I was missing a few cutouts for cables in a cabinet. I called and they scheduled a return visit a few days later. Asked where to put the cable cutouts and they did it all in 15 minutes. No charge.
I went with rounded edges on all of the units and it is worth every penny (vs paying more for recessed panels on doors and drawers… they talked me into saving the money). We already referred them to two other families.

My husband and I bought our apartment last year and were thrilled to have slightly more closet space than we had in our former rental. It’s not a franchise so you’re dealing with the owner, who really knows his stuff and wants to help you design better organization, truly listening to what you want and providing very helpful recommendations to achieve this.
After the consultation, we were provided with a very reasonable and competitive estimate as well as computer renderings to help conceptualize what the new closets would look like. We made minor revisions and then proceeded to sign the paperwork and schedule an installation date. The installers were very professional and efficient.
What a huge improvement these closets are! Very impressive, excellent quality, and I have no doubt that the value of the apartment has increased. What a difference these closets make and they look a lot nicer than the craftsmanship of the well-​known franchises.
