Chuck’s Upholstery

This Upholstery shop is VERY shady. I would not recommend anybody, even my enemies to take anything here to be repaired. The woman who is there for most of the time, Teresa, is not helpful and is very rude.
I recently needed some repairs to my seat in my vehicle. At first after speaking on the phone I felt confident that this business could get the job done. During three separate occasions I stopped in between 10:00 and 5:00 and was not able to get assistance. The guy that does the upholstery, Chuck, was never there and according to the clerk he was the only one who could look at something and give an estimate.
The interior of the place is very shady as it is their home and also is the entryway for 3 apartments. On my last visit I spoke to the clerk, Teresa, and she was very short with me complaining about her broken toilet and tenants. It was almost as if she was on drugs. I simply wanted to know a time when Chuck would be in so that I could get an estimate for insurance purposes. She then proceeded to get upset with me and stated that I should go somewhere else. The most shocking part was that she gave me a reference to four different shops in Freeport.
All in all this business was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. I would not recommend anybody to this shop and would highly question the overall quality of the work performed.
