Not a big fan of the organization. I worked there years ago as a med tech in several of the houses. Management is hit or miss. Many of the program managers did not give the kind of support staff needed, and there were a lot of aggressive incidents from the clients we were taking care of towards staff that were not handled well. Overall many of the clients we took care of were wonderful and hardworking, and a joy to work with. I was not a big fan of some of the staff I worked with, mostly because many of them seemed bored, tired, and interested less in providing care and companionship, and more in gossip and smoking outside.
