I recently bought a flask for my friend for Christmas. He’s not really a big drinker, but he likes to collect flasks. He has been a member of our first aid squad for about eight years, and just made Life Member! I wanted to get that printed on the flask for him. I called several places. The few locations I called were very short with me over the phone, and did not give me answers at all. The few that did were giving me quotes of close to fifty dollars. Hello… are you kidding me? Seriously?
Then I called things remembered… and TA-​DA! They were very helpful over the phone in getting to understand the different ideas and fonts. When I went into the store, the same girl from the phone helped me. She was very nice, and she went over exactly what she was going to do. I simply wrote down the text I wanted, and she did it within five minutes.
The service was excellent, and the outcome was fantastic. It looked professional, and was extremely well designed. They did charge me a $ 10 fee for bringing in my own object and not purchasing theirs. I was a little taken back by this, but what the hell… it turned out great.
Just to let everyone know; there is another Things Remembered location which I have heard is just as good as this one in the Ocean County Mall as well.
