Hired this company because they were super close to my house. They came out once to fix a clog we had, and it ended up costing over $ 1500. The guys were extremely unprofessional, drove all over and ruined more than half of my lawn, and my flower garden. The one guy was literally yelling and cursing at the other guy. And when they couldn’t get the problem fixed the first day? The owner came over and proceeded to threaten to call the town on us for having our septic access dug up. We had them come back the next day to dig up the pipe to see if that was the problem but when it came to shovel dirt? They gave up after only digging a 2ft wide by 2ft deep hole. They pumped the pipe and poured some sort of acid down it and got it moving again, but never 100% fixed the problem.
Should have known better. The way they keep their home (office?) is disgusting. They are the eyesore on the road. Don’t waste your money. Just rent the tools from Home Depot and do it yourself.
