Cuzzins Pizza

The 1^st time was such a great experience that we have been back several times already. The place is very warm and inviting. The food is amazing! We made a request for something not on the menu and the owner was very quick to accommodate. The owner introduced himself and made sure all was well. Everything about this place is great including the service. On 2 other occasions we ordered pies to be delivered and we were equally happy. I highly recommend.

Second time ordering takeout from this establishment. The pizza is just ok. Nothing to write home about. We also ordered a chicken parm sandwich. The sandwich was a little dry buy good. Not sure if we’ll be ordering from here again. Meh! On a positive note though the delivery time fast!!!

I hate giving this a bad review because the pizza is really good. It’s the service that s awful. We went in to eat one Sunday afternoon and had to get up and get our own stuff because the waitress was busy texting the whole time we were there. If This were my place of business I would check on my employees once in awhile. Thought we would give them a try again so we ordered in. It took 1.5 hours to get the order and when it arrived the food was cold. The meatballs look old. Do yourself a favor and if you do go there do not go or order on a Sunday.

Not a bad place, pizza is good! I had penne vodka pizza and didn’t really enjoy it! Tasted old! But other than that they do have good sandwiches & pizza! Just this one didn’t sit good but will come back

Some of the best pizza and enviorment I have seen in awhile! The owner is always talking to each customer and for the first time a week or two ago we came in for live music on Thursday nights, love the atmosphere it’s warm and welcoming. The food is authentic Italian cuisine and always made fresh, I’ve had stefanos and San Marzano in town and this is probably the best place for take out and dining!

It’s our goto restaurant for pizza and takeout for pasta dishes.

Great selection if you are in the area for a slice. Plenty of options on the counter. My personal favorite is the CREAMY buffalo chicken. It’s different than the regular buffalo chicken.
The place is run by cousins and have multiple locations as well. They def have their business model down and make a decent product.
Have not been here for dinner, but the dining room is cozy and well decorated. Usually pretty empty. Not sure how the entrees are.

Ate here recently excellent pizza friendly courteous service. Can’t wait to try other things on the menu. Will def be our go to for pizza.

Their specialty pizza is delicious and they have an incredible variety of menu items and even beverages! Love this place.

I have to say that anytime we had delivery from Cuzzins or ate at the restaurant, it was always delicious! The pizza has a great thin crust, but not too thin! The sauce is perfect. My daughter and I love their eggplant rollatini. My husband enjoys the chicken parmigana. I am going to try their linguine & white clam sauce next time. I hope it’s as good as everything else we’ve had. Good luck to this new business!

Just tried their food and was pleasantly surprised the food was very fresh and tasty. The eggplant rollatini was creamy and not drowning in sauce the pizza had the perfect amount of cheese. The garlic knots were so soft and the garlic bread with cheese was actually cheesy. Would definitely recommend giving it a try.

There are two ways to get good pizza. Eat and take out or delivery. Our first visit was dying in. I ordered the penne Arrabiata. The menu description says a spicy blend of garlic, onions, Italian sausage, hot peppers, and plum tomato sauce. The hot peppers were jalapeño, so beware. For $ 14 you got a lot of food. The service was excellent. My only complaint is a minor one: if you want to drink water for your meal you will have to have several refills as the glass is very small perhaps 8 ounces.
A few weeks later we decided to order pizza for pick up. I got the meat lovers pizza which is a combination of sausage, pepperoni, meatballs, ham, and bacon. The odd thing was the ham. It was diced in little cubes much like you would see on a Cobb salad. Overall the crust was good the sauce just right and the toppings sufficient. The personal pizza which is 12 inches is available for $ 10.95.

We recently received a menu in the mail and decided to give Cuzzins a try. The first time we ordered it was only salads and a tortila pizza. Bother were fine,
We ordered again this time ordering a whole wheat pizza, special salad (same as the first time) and two dinners. The person who took my order repeated it to me and then gave me a price,
When the order came I asked the kid if there was two dinners, salad in the bag. He said yes there is. I asked because it did not appear to be. When I got in the house the 2^nd dinner was not there, I called the place and the person who took my order answered,. She remembered my order and said she was sorry and would have it sent right out.
About 10 minutes later I get a call from a different person telling me that they never put that second meal in the computer and I never paid for it. But trying to understand him my wife and I heard him ay we would not be charge as the girl never put it in. We told her she even repeated the order to us. He asked do we still want the meal. (SIDE NOTE: at this point it was THEIR ERROR and he should have just aid he will senf it right over which was not said. I told him yes I do want it.
The dinner came an hour later after my family ate. When it arrive they wanted to money for the meal.
Let me start with the latter first… When THEY made the mistake instead of being customer friendly and just sending it he questioned me about it as if it was my fault the girl did not take my order correctly.
On to the food. The first time we ordered a Chef Salad and it came like a chef salad and was good. Tonight there was no eggs and had marinated veggies. No chef salad ever comes like this. SO there is a inconsistency between the same salad on two different nights.
Next the Chicken Parm had no cheese on the top but instead the sauce was filled with Parmesan cheese and it was too much. We were not thrilled with the taste at all.
The pizza on whole wheat crust was thin which is fine but it was so dry it tasted like cardboard.
All in all I will never order from here again as the food was not so good and the service was poor. However the second delivery guy was nice and I felt bad for him.
I called to talk to the manager to tell him I would not be back but the girl would not put him on.
If they wanted to keep a GOOD customer they would have sent the dinner with an apology for THEIR ERROR.
