Adrenaline Strength and Conditioning

A few month ago I got into a workout rut. I have always been very active and went to various classes (bootcamps, kickboxing, spin, etc) but after a while I always get bored. I never push myself very hard when I work out on my own.
I found Crossfit ASC on living social and had one month of unlimited membership. After the first day I was hooked. The workouts are awesome, and Nick (the owner) breaks down each exercise for you (which was particularly helpful since I hadn’t done crossfit before). The workouts are challenging, but they can be scaled to be easier/​harder depending on your level. Everyone is super friendly and will push you to achieve your goals, whether it is learning how to do your first pull up or getting a new pr on your deadlift.
If you are in the area give ASC a try, its the best gym in the area! (warning: crossfit is addicting!!)
