I waited in the pharmacy line to ask a question. At the counter was an elderly woman asking about her medication. I believe she was having surgery in the near future. The pharmicist was so good. He explained the medications and whether or not there would be side effects. He told her what not to take with the medication and told her that she needed to call the doctors office a week before her surgery to see if she needed to stop taking a blood thinner. This gentleman was what a pharmicist should be. Caring.
Kudos for Rite-​Aid.

Prices are reasonable, of course. It’s Rite Aid.
The reason I went was to get some toiletries AND that delicious hand scooped, cylindrical Thrifty ice cream which I have not had in years!
Toiletries? Check. Hand scooped Thrifty Ice Cream? Mmmmm… not so much. They are doing construction of course at the ice cream parlor. IF there was a sign indicating that, I wouldn’t have been as disappointed as I was.

Dude! Just walked out with a bottle of tequila and a bottle of canadian wiskey for under $ 15! Without stealing it!
They also sell ice cream which has never changed and still tastes like when i went there as a kid… its just people forgot bout it:(

I would like to give this Rite Aid more stars someday. But first it needs to be remodeled or at least new floors. Service has been great. I find great deals and it’s in a convenient location, Safeway and Big Lots are next door. Great parking.
I do like coming here. I would go more often if they remodel.
