They are not kidding about the brats. Best I’ve ever had.

Their Brats are the best around. If we are having a party or planning on cooking out these are the only brats we will use. They are bigger and better tasting than all others. If you like them with a little heat then go with the hungarian brats.

This is not your average meat market. This is Schwai’s. If you had ever been to the bar near Jackson, you know what I am talking about.
The Schwai Brothers love food. They make bratwurst that are artisan. They have a great deli counter. I have been known to show and ask what they have for lunch and they make me a full meal to go.
Likes: Atmosphere, Bratwurst (especially the Hungarian), smoked meat, bacon, brat patties
Cons: I don’t like the baked goods they have brought in.
