Okay I understand that it’s 2am on a Tuesday but that does not mean I want a stale brick of a hashbrown ??? You can literally tell when you’re bagging it and it’s so disrespectful. Wendys is better. Taco Bell is better. Burger king is better. Don’t go here if you love yourself.

This is one of the bigger and better McDonald’s and one of the very few I can honestly rate as Three Stars, merely meaning that it is OK for what it is, a McDonalds. It has a children’s play area, plenty of parking, I’ve always found it to be clean, especially their restrooms, and it has some circular or semi-alcove like seating along with typical McDonald’s seating arrangements. As for the food, it isn’t much and I really don’t trust eating it as I’m leery about what it might contain but from what I have had when hungry and desperate, just the same as any other McDonald’s.

To make a long story short, they messed up my order, tried to blame it on me, and were nasty and obnoxious. I ended up leaving without the item or a refund. I WILLNEVERGOBACKTHERE. All they have to do is walk outside the door and look at all the other options. I’ll go to Burger King from now on.

I grew up in Fredonia, and moved to NYC about 6 years ago. I travel frequently and can say without too much hesitation that this is one of the best McDonald’s in the country. Here’s why: 1. Cleanliness. I know that the only other reviewer here had a bad experience, but this McDonald’s schedules employee shifts just for cleaning the lobby and restrooms. I have rarely ever seen a problem. 2. the workers. Have you ever ordered McDonald’s or any other fast food for that matter in a big city? It blows. They frequently will get things wrong because of language barriers or piss poor attitude stemming from the low wage job. Fredonia’s McDonald’s employs High School kids from the area, College Kids from Fredonia State, and never have I ever seen or heard of an employee acting out on customers or being rude for the sake of being rude. 3. Speed. I can’t tell you how much it pisses me off when I hear people in Fredonia complain about wait times at this location. AGAIN. Try ordering from any McDonald’s in any other region of this country. Fredonia’s McDonald’s actually cares about their«numbers» and quality control times. In NYC(with no drive thru lanes) McDonald’s takes forever. Shitty attitude employees, understaffed, and completely careless. 20 minutes wasted on just ordering and getting the bag handed to you. So Yes, I no longer live in Fredonia… but I visit fairly often, usually stopping by for something at McDonald’s at least once during my stay. They seem to be fairly consistent. Good work Fredonia McDonald’s. Keep it up.

This might be my first Golden Arch review and it appears that I might be the first. Just when you’d expect some consistency with the big fast food place — guess again. The layout of this fast food joint is a bit different then most I’ve been to. However, this is the one I frequent the most — WHY — because I have a 5-year-old grandson and IT has a huge indoor play area — what kid doesn’t like that? So — you get the same menu selections here — at probably about the same prices(of course resort area Arches might need real gold) and of course you get the same folks waiting on you that seem to have about the perfect IQ to be taking order, cooking food and serving! However, I was greatly disappointed in the cleanliness of the restroom — the entire floor seemed to have a certain level of grease on it — whether it’s a slip hazard or just bad cleaning practices — I’m not impressed at all. The restroom in the play area however, was very clean and had a decent changing area for the little ones too! The quality of the food wasn’t up to par either — my fries were not salty, hot or fresh enough for me and my burger lacked that great flavor I was hoping for. What can you expect from fast food right? Well — I expect quick service — hot food — a smile from the person taking my order or ATLEAST a bit of knowledge — clean eating areas — a place for my grandson to play and no slippery floors in the restrooms. This trip I didn’t get half of what I wanted so — at best it’s 3 stars. I seriously hope my next visit proves better then this one and management decides to improve on a few things. Before someone falls in the restroom — I hope they look into better mopping.
