Vito’s Pizza and Subs

Do not go here!!! I ordered from here asking for a Philly Cheese pizza with mushrooms on only one half. After the delivery driver drops off the food I see that there is in fact mushrooms on both halves, the meat is sparse to non existent on some slices and the green pepper is hardly chopped up… No big deal, I call to ask for my pizza to be made correctly & the woman who answers the phone says she took the original order and inspected the pizza before it left the store. The pizza is in front of me & it is indisputable that mushrooms are on the whole pizza. I request a driver come back for it and to bring a new one. After waiting a considerable amount of time I call back & she says that she had no intent of sending a driver and that she can assure us there is mushroom on only half of the pizza, I ask to speak to a manager & she informs me that she is the OWNER!!! I decide at this point to drive to Vito’s myself and bring in the pizza as a live across the street. I show her that there are in fact mushrooms on every slice and she begins to grab off pieces as though we have rearranged the mushrooms to be on both sides… Now I assure we did not move mushrooms and then remelt the cheese on top. She pulls aside her cook & says she checked with him 2 times that it was made correctly, I do not care if God himself says the pizza was made only ½ mushroom, I can see mushrooms on my whole fucking pizza. I am frustrated that she essentially called me a liar & when confronted about it she says «I never said u were a liar or implied it» she did not offer to remake the pizza but instead refunds our money but still makes us pay for our 2 sodas even after all that we dealt with. This is the worst & most unprofessional customer service I have ever dealt with and my pizza looked like shit. In reality, accidentally putting mushrooms on the whole pizza is not a huge deal had they offered to fix it or at least apologized for the inconvenience. Go to Primos across the street! The owner was fantastic when we told him what happened and compensated us with cheese bread for our difficulties. Unbelievable!!!

Stopped by on a fluke instead of going to subway and were very pleased. The lady that took the order was nice, and honest (in that I asked for her opinion and she said she didn’t like a certain item) and they didn’t skimp on the toppings. Food is actually good. Anyway, would come back if I lived here.

This was formerly Frattelis the new owner Vito is very nice and takes pride in what he serves. The pizza is very good and he has great lunch specials. The boneless wings are still available and you get a lot for your money! I ordered delivery last night and the pizza was still hot when it arrived and the delivery guy was very courteous! If you are looking for something different from the chain restaurants then give this place a try! Unless you don’t like getting the most bang for your buck!
