Victoria’s Secret

This location is really just like any other Victoria’s Secret. They had many options in sizes for both clothes and underwear. Great deals. The customer service was ok. We had an employee check on us one time but she just asked if we were «ok», and walked away. There was several people in the store and I noticed that no employees were walking around to assist any customers. The women who checked us out was very sweet.

The customer service isn’t good, and the products aren’t what they used to be.
I went to replace one of my bras I bought 6 months ago. The wire popped out, and this time I wanted to try a wireless bra. I told my helper about what happened to my bra, and she got very defensive about it. She said that wires from Victoria’s NEVER pop out, and then told me that I’m not supposed to wear the same bra everyday. (Duh, that’s gross, but it tells me a lot about what she’s thinking about me!)
I sucked it up and tried some of her suggested bras. I told her I was a 36D or 34DD (depending on Bra type) and she hesitated, telling me I should be sized. I told her I was wearing the 36D that had the damaged wire if she wanted to see it, especially that it’s in brand new condition. Even while trying bras on, she asked if I was filling the bra all the way. (I have a larger right boob lol) Sure enough, I ended up as being correct, and selected a 34DD bra. While leaving the dressing room, I overheard two other customers complaining about wires popping out. What a shocker! On my way out, they wouldn’t honor an online Victoria’s coupon, so I had to pay full price for the bra. No problem, but still, annoying.
If this bra breaks, I’m done buying bras here. Small chested high school kids should not try to tell me how big my boobies are, let alone tell me how often to wear them! ;)

I always seem to run out of undergarments when I’m traveling haha at least there’s a Victoria secret in every state right?! Purchased a cute bikini here once! Friendly employees!

I was amazed by the customer service that I received in this store. The sales associates on the floor were very helpful and friendly. The store was clean, organized, and ran like a well-​oiled machine. I commended the manager, Circe, on her awesome staff. I will absolutely return to this store and recommend to others.
