Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They have a contractor who does part of the work, and they had issues going on and at the end I had waited months to get the job done. It was not until the end that they communicated what was going on with the parts. In regards to responsibility they play child games in trying to shift the blame to the other party, you speak with the other party and then they shift it back to the other shop. Both obviously trying to not be held accountable for their negligent conduct.(They lost some bolts that came with the transmission, and further caused delays since they had to reorder them. This being just one example.) When I spoke with them about the absurd delays, their response was«well we also have other cars here who have been waiting just as along.» What kind of response is that? Ridiculous, that isn’t my problem. If they are incompetent and can’t perform they need to communicate that and I would have found someone to get it done in a reasonable period of time. Do NOT bring your vehicles here, you will leave with a headache and with more car issues. I hate giving smaller businesses terrible reviews, but this is needed. I do not condone poor customer service and negligent behavior. Save yourself the time and pay a little more and go elsewhere. As Sarah mentioned, she had a similar experience with delays and terrible experience. The owner is unreasonable to work with, and if you disagree with anything he has to say he will tell you to hit the highway. If you say something that is not what he agrees with then he will call you a liar. I have never had such a distasteful experience as this. Forget about the warranty and talk simple business practices, he will preach day and night that he is the best in the industry and that his work is perfect; however that is not the case. He will say that it is not his work, that it is something else with your vehicle. He will say that he has cooperated with you by sending you to one of his«go to guys» and that guy won’t even give you a slip of paper saying what he is going to do, or how much diagnostics will cost. Then when you speak with with the owner he will go on a rant with you about how that guy is number one in the field and that it is me(the customer) being unreasonable. I’m sorry, I’m not going to leave a car at a shop without some slip of paper telling me what they are going to do/how much diagnostics will be. I’ve never gone to a repair shop before that doesn’t give you anything when you leave your car with them. As the owner did with Sarah’s review, I expect the same. He will try to wipe his hands clear and make the customer look like the the crazy unreasonable person. Don’t buy into it, I wish I would have seen Sarah’s post before the car was taken in. I would have never brought it here. Speaking the truth is not being rude, nor is it bullying. It is the truth, and future customers should be aware of the practices that are manifested by this«business.» Like I said before, save yourself the time and headache, go elsewhere.

I took my car in to have the transmission rebuilt and was told it’d take a week for $ 1900. At a week I called and was told it wasn’t ready that they were undermanned for techs and it should be ready by the end of the week. I called again over the weekend, was now told it’d be ready by Tuesday. I called Tuesday and was told their power was out and it’d be done Thursday. It took near two weeks over what I was quoted, never once did they call to give me a heads up that there was issues delaying what I was told and when asked if they were going to deduct for there short comings I was bluntly told NO. If you quote something you should deliver on time or have the courtesy to call and inform your customer and should cut them a break. You cost me money to have a rental car extra time, you should be considerate of this and comp your customer.
