Found a nail in my tire during a road trip, after calling a few places that either closed early or had a 2 hour wait I found Tire Zone. They were friendly and could work on my car right away. When I pulled up they immediately started working on patching my tire. Poncho let me know that my tire was going bald and checked the other ones. Didn’t try to sell me tires and knew I was traveling, just wanted me to have the info. I was back on the road in 20 mins. Definitely recommend!

I don’t remember the name of the younger guy who hooked me up at Tire Zone last month but I drove to just about every tire shop that was open on a Sunday and got quotes for a set of tires. The quotes I received were anywhere from $ 650 to over $ 1000 to have new tires installed same-day. With the unexpectedly high price of tires I decided to go to Hard Times and think about this purchase. After a big bowl of chili and a beer I came to the conclusion that I ultimately had to find some tires that day so I could pass inspection on Monday. Without a plan I left Hard Times and shortly down the street near & on the same side as Carl’s Ice Cream, I found Tire Zone. I was shown 2 sets of very nice used tires they had in stock. The first was a set of Goodyears and the second set was BF Goodrich trail tires. Having a Toyota Land Cruiser and being a 4×4 enthusiast I immediately fell in love with the BFs. For $ 200 I was able to get all 4 mounted and balanced and it made a huge visual difference to my ride. Recently I was able to put the tires to the test on a trail ride in WV and couldn’t be happier with how they performed. On top of Tire Zone’s great service, price, & quality of the tires I purchased, the guy who sold me guaranteed that the tires I got will last and were of more than average ply. I was told if I’m unhappy at all with them to come back with my concerns and he would find me something I like. Tire Zone really is as good as it gets.
