The Punkernickel Cakeshop

I contacted Kathy about an event cake for the spring promotions at my job (phone sales manager). We were going to have an Angry Birds competition and I commissioned her to make the cake. I got WAY more than I expected! Tasty, adorable, hand sculpted game pieces covered an enormous, detailed, and delicious phone shaped cake! I would have never known that it was gluten free. I then asked her to make a «Hello Kitty» cake for a 21^st birthday party celebration and it was a total hit! (No one even realized it lacked the gluten!) Both cakes I’ve ordered have been imaginative, well-​executed, DELICIOUS, and the perfect size for the events. She was willing to work with me on details and even offered delivery! She will be my go-​to person when I want to «wow» with pastries!
