My wife had her tonsils moved on a Thursday by Dr. Lieser and everything went well with the surgery. By Sunday, the pain medicine had made her sick to her stomach even with another med. to aleviate it. By Monday, she was in a lot of pain and I called the office. After about 10 – 15 on the phone I finally got one of the secretaries in the office. I told her everything that was going on and she said a nurse or Dr. would call back by the end of the day. No one called. I said maybe they will call the next morning. Nope! So by Wednesday, not being able to eat or drink much and being in a lot of pain, I called the office again and updated them. Told them asked them what kind of business do they run and such. They pretty much ignored it. They did offer to call me back to check on things later on/​prescibe something else. I then took my wife to the ER for dehydration. Two bags of liquids and some new pain med. and she was good to go. Think Dr. office they called? Nope! Beware of these guys! Definitely not the way to do business!
