I really don’t know where to start. First, the daytime servers are ok and I usually don’t have a problem. The night servers are horrible, or it may just depend on what day you go. Anyway, I always order unsweet tea with lemon and sweet and low. The boy tonight insisted that there was lemon in the tea and there was not. I give up. One cold night I ordered hot chocolate and 15 minutes later it never came, so I left. The teenagers were having such a big time they could have cared less about the people waiting on food. Someone, probably the night manager, needs to get the kids act together or it will ruin this Sonic.

Ok, I gave this establishment 2 stars as the food as usual was typical Sonic Style. What I mean by that is the same principle the food tasted like any other Sonic that I have been to. We stopped at this one as we were headed out of town to take a road trip to California. So we stopped here. We figured we would let the kids out of the car for the time being as it was going to be a serious haul. As we stepped out there was barely anyone there at the time, so very few cars were around. The problem we faced was that there was a group of kids around the ordering platform by the tables and they were just sitting there ordering their food. After about 5 min of waiting we looked around us and saw all of the unused ordering platforms for drive thru cars, so I went and ordered from a open one. After I placed the order I asked the person there to deliver it to the table. A lady came out a min later and started yelling at me that I was not allowed to order from the drive through platforms and eat my food at the table. I actually laughed a little bit and pointed out the people hogging the platform by the table. She then told me that since I ordered from the platform where the empty spot was, that no one could order from there. Talk about bureaucracy at its finest. Its funny, one goes to a place like Sonic to order food, and someone comes out telling you that you ordered food wrong. Does that really make sense? No, but then again, rules are rules. I gave it two stars for the food. The service was appalling and seriously will never go back to that place again. Seriously that type of attitude from the service woman was unnecessary and ridiculous.

Looks nice but the wait staff is horrible. Food takes forever and the drinks have more ice in them than a normal Sonic.

My daughter was sick and craved a cranberry-limeade. I ordered and received a Rte 44 size, and as I drove off, it toppled from my cupholder. I returned to order another one, and they gave it to me at no charge. With a smile and a thank you. THAT is unexpected, and what makes a great place to satisfy your cranberry-limeade cravings. Thank you, Sonic team.(PS I used to Mystery Shop that Sonic years ago. They always got top ratings.)
