Sassy Nails

I love Sassy Nails! Kind and hardworking staff, nice atmosphere, and fair prices. My mom and our friends have been coming here for years and will definitely continue to do so. Tommy is great at doing my mom’s acrylics and Titi does an awesome pedicure. Michelle is great too! My gel nails always last at least two weeks. I encourage all my friends and newcomers to come here.

My mother and I have been coming to Sassy Nails for about 5 years and it is the only place we ever get our nails done in the area! We have become friends with the entire staff at the salon and they are always kind to us and do a great job!
Be sure to call ahead if you plan on getting a pedicure and ask for Titi, or if getting pink & whites ask for Tommy. While you wait, take advantage of the new massage chairs and kick up your feet.

I was visiting my boyfriend and stopped to get my nails done. The customer service was great, very friendly team. They seemed short handed and a couple of people walked out. Apparently one of the techs was in Vietnam for 5 weeks. Regardless, I got in and out quickly.
The owner did my nails — gel mani — he was very personable. I noticed when he was doing my nails that he didn’t do a lot of cutting away at my cuticles or the skin build up. I asked why and he said it didn’t need it, but that’s not true, it did. I also has a cracked nail and wanted him to cut it, but he glued it. I also asked why he was using the «gel» polish shellac instead of the one that says gel. He said it was gel, but just a different brand. Sigh!
My pedicure was awesome and this really nice lady did it. I can’t remember her name, but that’s why I’m giving the place two stars. Fast forward and less than a week later, my nails are a mess, pic below. I’m so irritated and disappointed. I live in Montgomery County MD and my boyfriend is in Fredericksburg VA. I’d love to have a nail salon here too.
Regardless, I will not go back to Sassy Nails. The price was comparable to what I pay in MD, but I feel like I was cheated and now I have to pay to have my nails done again in less than a week.

Absolutely love this place! I have been coming here since I was 17. I just turned 29 yesterday! They never rush. Always take their time and are very friendly!
