Previously lived here. leasing office is slow, staff is a bit weird to say the least. Nice, but weird as hell. neighborhood looks nice at first glance but once you get further than the leasing office there’s a ton of little kids running around playing in the street w/​o any parents around and the townhouses look like crap. good luck getting the kids to move out of the way. they just look at you. also pretty sure the person that lived next to me sold drugs out of his house, not safe at all. on top of that, you will definitely have an issue with roaches if you have kids or pets. i would recommend looking elsewhere. this place is horrible.

Too many bad ass kids that like to play in the street. They look at you like you are crazy and they don’t move out of the road. La cucarachas that don’t pay rent. Squeaky floors and flapping window shutters. Nice staff.
