When I first started going to Reese(maybe in 2006? 2007?), it was amazing. I never saw the same doctor twice but they were always kind, attentive, never in a rush, held conversations, I left feeling good about my diagnosis and always recommended this place to my family and friends. Then, maybe two years ago that care started to decline. Maybe this was around with Pratt took over? Did Pratt take over? I don’t go to the doctors often, but once the receptionists failed to send much needed muscle relaxants to CVS and by the time I discovered that from CVS — less than 30-minutes after leaving my appointment — Reese was closed. No apology in the morning, just an excuse about a new system. If you have a new system — then you should be following up with a phone call until the kinks are worked out. Most recently it took me nearly two weeks to get a much needed prescription and more than 5 pain in the butt phone calls to finally get what I needed. I’m not sure if the problem is the medical care or the front office, but I will only come here again to pick up my records and go somewhere else.

I had to give them 1 star, because unfortunately 0 stars is not an option. Only come here if you’re dying, and every other health facility in the WORLD is closed, and want to be treated like«a number». Extremely bad customer service, extremely long waiting periods, incompetence, and worst part, is that you don’t even get to see a doctor here… most of the time you’re seen by a nurse practitioner. Whe I called to complain about their bad service, their office manager basically blamed their bad service because of Obama Care… Really?

I’ve been here before for physicals and other simple sickness reasons and never had one problem. Always really enjoyed the staff and really liked my doctor. I went recently because I was almost sure enough I had a parasite or something similar. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Once I was called to go in the nurse was not as nice. I asked how she was doing and she didn’t bother to answer. When it was time for me to go into the room and wait for my doctor to come in I asked if I needed to give my paperwork to her or what since I hadn’t finished it in time. The nurse replied«drop it off at the front» and walked out. Once my doctor came in she didn’t see not one bit interested in talking to me. All she did was type in her computer the whole time. After my appointment was done she gave me a list of things she wanted me to have done. Bloodwork, urine sample, etc. She handed my the paperwork, told me who to call, and walked out. Didn’t say if I was done or anything just walked right out the room. I will stick to Prime Care next time and probably find another doctor.

Came in to get a yellow fever vaccination for a trip to Brazil. All staff were friendly and managed to call me back about ten minutes after I had completed the required paperwork. The nurse who saw me offered to transcribe my complete list of immunizations onto an international travel card, which was lovely! She appeared genuinely interested in my travel plans and even walked me out at the end of my visit. I would definitely recommend Reese Medical Associates!

Still the same problems as before. This place should be called Self-care, cause they have no clue as to what’s wrong with you half the time. Kind of reminds me of a cattle butcher station.

So, I came here for a routine physical. I had an appointment time, and showed up early to fill out the paperwork. I proceeded to wait for 30 minutes after my appointment was scheduled to be called back, and went through the standard rigmarole of questions that I answered in my paperwork that I am pretty sure they just threw in the trash. Is that standard procedure for doctor’s offices? Anyways, and hour and a half after this, I finally get to leave. I went here for the convenience, I likely won’t return because they just take too long.

Beware. I visited Reese for a 1:30 pm appointment and was not called back until 2:45 pm and the nurse did not start interviewing/providing medical care until about 2:52 pm. The sign in their lobby informed that patients must be early for appointments. However, I guess this only goes one way. The next appointment I refused to pay my co-pay upon signing in. My explanation to the clerk was: my previous experience and stated that I would not wait more than 30 minutes before leaving. I was seen this time within 20 minutes. I believe the patients and doctors need to realize that an appointment time is an agreement between both parties. Patients should have the right to bill doctors offices if they do not meet the scheduled appointment time just like doctors can bill patients! I left Reese because I felt their medical advice was unreasonable and long wait times. Example of unreasonable medical advice, they recommended I join American Family Fitness for a sore shoulder I experience because of working out. I was confused as to whether this was covered under insurance as rehabilitation or just a friendly suggestion and the doctor seemed to be clueless about these details. Service and medical opinion is laughable. Furthermore, Reese recently billed me for a medical records transfer from a year ago. Upon reviewing my online banking records, the bill was paid within 2 weeks of initial fee. The irony here is a left Reese because of their poor customer service and billing practices. I guess the practice is still haunting me. Furthermore, after making a PDF file of my cancelled check I was not able to forward on to Reese because they are so antiquated that they only receive USPS mail and faxes. Do people even own fax machines anymore? Get with the 21 century.
