The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and plenty of space. Shower was ok, they use those water saving shower heads so you don’t get much out of them. The breakfast was fair at best. I’d stay here again but wouldn’t go out of my way to do so.

Clean room, showers and sheets For $ 70. They allow pets for $ 12 extra per day. That explains the stains on the carpet. At least there is so smell of smoke or pet.
Hotel is next to a few restaurants, and gas stations. Free WiFi, breakfast and pool. If your in a jam and need a night over or 2 I recommend this place.

Office staff were friendly. Room was very dirty. Comforters on both beds had red stains. Staff brought up one. They said they did not have another comforter. Disappointed.

Overall a good choice if you just need a clean room, warm shower and outdoor pool. Close to lots of restaurants that are family friendly. But wifi Internet service in room was really weak and breakfast wasn’t so good. Eggs were preformed cut outs (bad) and son didnt like waffles.

Conveniently located right off I-​95 exit 130A. You can’t go wrong for the price. .. check out
before you check in for the best deal as you are hopping off the exit. Also — the expectations and accomadations match the price.

Convenienctly located 1 block off I95. Nice, clean, comfortable, good parking, quiet. Had an excellent stay here last Friday night before hitting the Rappahannock River for 2 days.
