Pho Saigon Vietnamese Restaurant

Absolutely!
Family-​owned affair that I was last to know about. The phở broth is solid, and the entrees are authentic.
Prices reasonable. Go go go.

I’ve only had phở here, but I can tell you that it’s some of the best I’ve ever had! Everyone was were super friendly, and our server kept me cracking up the whole time. I would def add this place to your regular rotation if you like great food, and great service :)

Absolutely delicious and friendly service! They also own the nail salon next door which I felt just as pampered at there as I did at the restaurant! Get the dumplings. Yum!

This is the best Vietnamese restaurant I’ve been to in Virginia.
They make their cha gios (ie. imperial rolls, spring rolls, etc.)with rice paper, which is rare since it’s much more labor intensive than using egg roll wrapping paper. The extra work pays off as these cha gio taste amazing.
I’ve had their phở which tastes nice, but I absolutely love their bo kho. It’s rich, spicy and full of flavor.
The two times I’ve been here staff has been exceedingly polite and friendly.

As a vietnamese person from the west coast I was dying to find some decent vietnamese food. My wife had the beef phở which was decent and I had the pork chop (com suon) which was delicious!

The service was perfect! And the phở was amazing. We tried the meatballs on skewers, which had a delightful peanut sauce and the underdone beef with lime for appetizers. I had the saigon size (it is HUGE) #30 phở and my girlfriend had the basil & garlic chicken bowl. Everything was DELICIOUS!

Phở Ga was very tasty. Though, I asked it with beef broth. The rice paper rolls where so so; the pork in it wasn’t good. The fried rolls where tasty.

My family and i traditionally eat here almost every Sunday, Great food, customer service and the atmosphere is a very relaxing place to be.

I’m hardly an authority on phở, but this place never fails to delight. The staff is friendly, the service quick, and the food is outstanding.

Good for the soul and the owner is not only sweet, but aims to please over every detail. I’m a Phở-​natic. This broth brings harmony to your senses. Other items we’ve had so far are equally tasty.

I get Phở in almost every town I go to. I just love Vietnamese food so that is usually what I am craving. But I have NEVER found a place I have loved as Phở Saigon. Their food and service is incredible!

Family run from top to bottom. Good vietnamese food. Phở is better than a lot of places in north virginia. Fried spring rolls are more crispy but still good. I like the flambé beef and mushrooms, I get that almost every time and my guests love it too! It’s like vietnamese comfort food. Service can be spotty but they are never rude just busy.

In one week I decided to try the two Vietnamese restaurants in Fredericksburg and find that I enjoyed the other a bit better than this one.
The phở with beef was great and the regular size portion was nice and large. I ordered the spring rolls (at both places) and found the ones here to be not as flavorful and the wrapper not as nice (different texture).
The location of this one is a bit out of the way compared to the other in regards to be out and about shopping and just wanting to stop in to eat.
I’d probably visit again, but would most likely go to the other one first.
Waitress was super nice and attentive.

Plain and simple. Food-​awesome. Service-​terrible.
Had the crispy spring rolls. Very good. Blazing hot. Fresh ingredients. Very flavorful.
Phở Ga. Great broth. Shredded chicken was great. Noodles were plentiful and tasty.
Lack of vegetables was explained during our ordering. I love some fresh broccoli and cabbage in my Phở but that’s my personal preference. A little smaller portion than what I have come accustom to with a large bowl of phở.
Wife had spicy lemongrass soup with chicken. Very strong flavor. Awesome broth. Small portion though.
Now the cons. Never had our water glasses filled. Took forever to get our check. Unfortunately for the two servers working there were only two servers. Needed one or two more to help run food and take orders.

Pit stop on the way home from Busch Gardens. The food was great and our waitress was great and helpful, extremely courteous!
My boyfriend and I had phở ga (chicken phở) and the mixed grill meat on vermicelli. Both items tasted great, only downfall was that we only had about four pieces of chicken in the phở ga. We inquired about the portion and was told that it was the regular portion and extra chicken could be brought to us if desired…
The Vietnamese iced coffee was also served differently here, it was shaken rather than the traditional way. Not bad.

Growing up in the Bay Area, CA there was never a short supply of phở but because of it I also know how phở is supposed to taste. I walked in with low expectations and Phở Saigon was able to hold their own.
My boyfriend and I came during lunch and they have a long list of lunch specials that are basically $ 1 off their regular price with either garden or crispy rolls. I ordered beef phở with garden rolls. The broth was good, the noodles were good, my only criticism is that they skimped out on the meat a little.
Garden rolls were decent, but the crispy rolls were delicious!
My boyfriend ordered bo kho under the lunch special and I couldn’t stop picking at his dish. Bo kho is basically beef stew noodle soup and the broth was sooo good. It tasted like a beef tomato base soup. I will be ordering this the next time i come.
Finally, they have excellent customer service. The waiter mistaken my garden rolls for crispy rolls and apologized with no questions asked. He also told us to keep it and that it on the house followed by an order of the GARDEN rolls. I will be coming back to Phở Saigon the next time I am craving phở.

Found this place on my Unilocal APP. Couldn’t believe there is a vietnamese restaurant located in the middle of no where. Great selections of PHO and other dishes. Love the lemon beef, a must try! Phở was good as well. We will be back when we are in town again.

Had the Rocket shrimp for the first time! Amazing :) If you get a chance to try these wonton fried deliciousness. Do it!

Went here for phở and summer rolls. Staff is very friendly and I enjoyed the food. Happy I found a yummy Vietnamese place while in Fredericksburg
