Great materials, and super nice crews to do the work. I love my new windows!

Knocking on my door at 7:30 in the evening. Hard selling me on windows in the pitch black night. Even if I didn’t have a giant no soliciting sign on my door, which I clearly do, this is such a crappy way to try and get customers. Please don’t come back.

These are the guys that do all the heavy soliciting here in Fredericksburg. They’ll bring in a sales rep who will tell you all about how great their windows are(they also do siding, trim, gutters, etc.) The sales pitch is quite intensive, and salesperson will try to get you to commit immediately. I HATED their intense sales tactics(if you don’t buy immediately they’ll call and make a second appointment for another rep to try to pressure you. AND they’ll bring the price down.) All that aside, we were in the market for new windows which is why I let them in. I never buy immediately(if it’s a great deal, then you won’t mind me doing some research first, right?). The prices seemed reasonable and I was happy to take the estimate and throw them into the pool with the other companies I was considering. THEN the contractor threw a perfectly huffish teenager style fit(he’s in his 40s) when I wouldn’t commit to buying immediately. Perhaps that’s standard sales tactics for this company, but it certainly won’t win any points from me. There are plenty of other companies that sell the same product and I’ll go with one of the others, thank you very much! Even if their prices were the best in the industry(which they’re probably not) I’m not going to work with a guy who acts in such an unprofessional manner! Jerry Cunningham, shame on you!
