Panda Express

I come here often and am never let down. The food is always hot and fresh and the restaurant is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Look out for the coupons that are printed on your receipt!

Hands down… BEST CHINESE FOOD!!! I’m real picky with my Chinese food and have yet to find a place where I am 100% satisfied until now… I stopped and ate at Panda Express and the food was beyond satisfying. It was full of flavor, portions were enough to feed 2-​people with one dish. (It’s lunch and dinner for me today) Egg rolls were again flavorful and bigger than what you’d find at another Chinese restaurant.
Restaurant was organized and very clean. Staff were pleasant and showed great customer service.
I will definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends and family. I have finally found my go-​to Chinese food restaurant!!!

I would give them 5 stars, because there’s a Lady that works here that is a sweetheart! Very attentive and nice, I wish I knew her name. Give her a raise Panda! but I often come in an hour before closing time. And the staff has old food sitting around. They seem mad to have to make fresh food. In the daytime the food is fresh and delicious, at night I’m paying for hours old food.

Wow! We have been PE fans for years but this location is horrible. The service was terrible and employees were rude and irratated to help people. We went at dinner time so yes it was busy but food wasn’t fresh and it tasted like they changed the ingredients. The fried rice had frozen corn not eggs and the orange chicken was awful! Please go back to the original recipe!

Drastically gone way down hill lately, the food quality is way worse & this is coming from someone who USED to go twice a week.

If you want consistency, this is where you should go. Every time I’ve come here every thing tastes just as great as the last time I was here. The Orange chicken is a perfect balance of sweet and tangy with just a little kick of heat with the red pepper flakes. The honey walnut shrimp is equally delicious, but not tangy or spicy at all. It’s not healthy by any means, but I love it! Only reason it’s not five stars is because the line can take upwards of twenty minutes to get through and the brown rice is a bit dry– the white is great! But I’m on a diet, so brown rice it is, for me.

This is the only Panda Express I have ever visited and I love it. The restaurant is always clean (even the drink station), probably because every time I’m there at some point one of the employees goes around and wipes everything down and sweeps the whole place. They do run out of items quickly and there can be large lines unfortunately. However, they try to stay on top of it and as soon as something starts to run low you hear them yell back to the cooks «orange chicken!» etc and it’s out in a few minutes and fresh. Both of these problems can be attributed to the high volume of customers, which keep coming in because the food is so good. It only takes two or three people ordering an entrée and they have to make more, so I understand it.
They will try to upsale you egg rolls/​spring rolls and medium/​bottled drinks but they ask politely and if you request a small drink instead they don’t push the issue.
I’ve never really had a bad experience there and the employees are super nice. Okyang has been there forever and she’s probably the best one they’ve got. She keeps everyone organized and helps the long lines move through quickly. A couple of the cooks will actually acknowledge you and smile, which is nice. Plus they are happy to give you a sample of any of the entrees and they regularly have new ones to try! The honey walnut shrimp is my favorite. If you haven’t been here, give it a try and don’t be discouraged if there is a long line.

Been here numerous of times, I usually tend to go to this place when I don’t have time to make it to my favorite Chinese place in Stafford. The orange chicken sells out fast, but you can always ask for them to make some more just for you.

I’m sooooo glad for the return of white fried rice! They had switched to brown rice for their fried rice and it didn’t just taste right to me. Now you have a choice between white fired rice and brown fried rice.

This is the first place I ever been to for Panda Express and I haven’t been ever since just cause I don’t really seen any in New York but oh we’ll lol … When I first walked in I thought it was super cute… thought it was cute that there was pandas everywhere I never saw so much panda stuff before in a restaurant … Lol I know panda express duh but still thought it was cool … There’s sittings out and inside the restaurant … I had the combo meal … The food tasted like Americanized Chinese food. So I didn’t really like the taste since I’m so use to eating the real thing. But it’s better then pf Chang… I liked the atmosphere and how easy and quick it is to get the food … I did not know Panda Express was a fast food restaurant like I said it was my first time … I actually don’t mind coming back just cause I had fun sitting outside eating and enjoying my surroundings :)

The food is very tasty and fresh. They will give you samples if you need to try before you buy. It can get crowded at times during the lunch and dinner rush but I have never had a problem with that.

This is the only Panda Express I’ve been to so it’s hard to know how it compares to others. I’ll start with the downsides of this place:
— Limited seating, and not much room for when a line forms
— Rushed and hard to understand service; I know I’m not tipping them, but do they have to act like I only have 5 seconds to make a decision?
— Expensive, especially drinks
However, even with all that going against them, the fact that the food is so delicious makes up for it all. I’ve fallen in love with the orange chicken and it’s all I want now. Because of this, I actually haven’t tried any of the other food because I’m just so happy with what I’ve gotten. So this also limits my reviewing ability a bit. But even still, I highly suggest going here and trying the orange chicken. You’ll thank me.
